There was a mistake of 1 alphabet…
There was a mistake of 1 alphabet during the ticket booking which immediatly was brought to the agencies notice by me
During online check in it showed "not eligible " so was not able to select seats
But while checking in at the counter on the journey the airline refused to check us in unless the mistake was rectified by traveasy
Which was done by traveasy but the last moment tensions ......

Simran from Traveasy made the booking process seamless and hassle-free. The fare was even lower than the airline’s, and so far the service has been trustworthy. Although I would’ve preferred to review after completing my trip, I hope their 5-star support continues even in case of changes or cancellations.

Non availability of expiry pf Payment link
Payment link was shared without an expiry advise. Further the Customer care team was very rude. Was asked to pay additional Rs 9.5 k in the night and same thing was reduced to Rs 6.2 k in the morning. I had to continuously follow up with the cc team.
