Ordered a tv unit beautiful just like the pic on website delivered really quick driver was so helpful
Definitely would buy again from the company

Ordered a TV unit and sideboard. TV unit was the incorrect item. It was very poorly finished, scratched and dented. The packaging had obviously been repackaged (badly) so it had obviously been out, returned then sent out again. When I put this to the company they said, very adamantly, that their warehouse would never do this. We had to wait 2 weeks for them to be 'back in our area' so they could replace the item for the correct, non defective one.

We then ordered a small bookcase and drawer unit to match what we already purchased. Both items were defective and damaged. One of the drawers had actually been nailed through the face in an attempt to rectify the severely damaged drawer (which it certainly did not) and sent back out - with a signed quality inspection sticker on it!!

We no longer thrust this company to delivery what has been ordered nor supply goods in a fit, proper, undamaged and defect free manner. We have asked for a full refund and immediate collection of the items.

The deliberate supply of defective items by this company and the associated time we have spent in taking delivery, repackaging defective items, waiting for collection and redelivery amounts to loss under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and will be reported as such to Trading Standards and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to the Credit Card company for issuing a full refund for the mis-selling of goods if this company does not issue a full and immediate refund.

I wish I could share some pictures of just how bad a state these items have arrived but Trustpilot doesn't allow that. What I would say is that it is hard to believe that twice in a row is a coincidence, especially considering the signed Quality Inspection sticker on a drawer that is clearly severely damaged then a nail knocked through the face by way of an ineffectual repair and sent out as OK for customer delivery.

Obviously we will not be using this company again and would have given zero stars if that was possible.

Great company to purchase from, didn't have in stock what I originally wanted, but made it really easy to purchase a substitute would definitely use again

THIS COMPANY REFUSES REPLACMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR BAD ITEMS

I purchased a table and 4 chairs less than a year ago the table was very nice and sturdy, however the same cannot be said about the chairs. They were good at first but as they’ve been used they have become wobbly and no longer feel very safe.

One chair leg now less than a year later has snapped at the base and is completely ruined. i’ve had a few chairs over the years and they have all lasted a long time so i know it’s nothing we did.

The company completely REFUSED a replacement or refund and blamed us.

If i were you I’d opt on a more reliable company and you’d get something better quality for price..

the order came very quickly and there was good communication. The units are really good quality and finished very well. the only niggles were a corner unit door being 1 cm smaller than the rest and another was slightly warped. delivery man was also very helpful.

Received our table and chairs 10 days after ordering which was stated when we ordered. Nearer the time we were given a date and time slot for when our ordered would arrive, we were always kept informed which was good, we also had a phone call to see if we had any queries that they could resolve, we did not have any. When the furniture arrived we found it to be well.packed, it was easy to assemble the table and two chairs, it just took one person.
We are really pleased with order, looks as picture shown, found trade furniture website very easy to use, and order from. Would definetly recommend.

The purchase was easy. I was looking for a nest of tables for the lounge of a particular size and colour. The tables are beautiful and solid. The quality of the wood and the craftsmanship is excellent. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The item was delivered on time. I was kept notified from the time of purchase and the tables were wrapped securely with clear instructions on how to open them.

Beautiful solid furniture from a great company with fantastic customer service.
I ordered 2 side tables and when they arrived one was too tall for where I wanted it. I contacted them via email and they got straight back to me. I wanted to order a smaller unit so they sorted that for me and arranged for collection and delivery together so I would only get 1 charge.
More companies need to adopt there delivery process. A delivery time slot of 4 hours is sent to you via text to accept or change and then on the day of delivery you get an estimated time and can actually track the van so you don't have to sit and wait in all day like other companies.
Cannot fault anything from ordering, delivery and returns and great customer service.
Will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I ordered a bookcase and it was delivered 4 days later! The bookcase is Light Mango wood and fabulous. Its very well made with a beautiful finish. The delivery was prompt and I was able to track his journey to me. The driver was friendly and respectful of my home. I will definitely use Trade Furniture again.
