Ordered Despatch Issue

If you’re in a rush to get your item don’t use this company.It didn’t make it clear when I placed the order which they said was in stock would take over a week before it was dispatched very disappointed

Goods did not arrive

Ordered two stack trucks almost 1 month ago, got an email from Evri saying they had been collected and would be processed for delivery, only to get a following email from Evri saying TDC had requested the goods to be returned. Iv email TDC for an update and received no response.

Order with confidence

Solid service with plenty of notification e-mails telling me the delivery was on its way. Took a week to arrive but that was within the timeframe. For the exceptionally low price I paid, it was worth waiting a few days longer.

Very positive experience

The site and ordering experience was very good. The delivery date did change but when I spoke to TCD support they contacted the delivery service and confirmed the correct date as expected. I recommend this company and it's customer service.
