Ordered an item what was worth £190 the item has not been delivered....I cant speak to a really person only an Ai software, also tried calling still no response. Ive had mo communication with whoever is meant to be delivering thr item next step trading standards.

I ordered a pair of Rothenberger pipe benders. They took 11 days to arrive and when they did they had damage to the paint finish and the guides were missing which were due to the couriers mishandling. The guides were sent the next day and I recieved a couple of freebies as compensation.
