I came in to collect my new car today and dealt with Abdullah who was very helpful and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and was very friendly definitely reccomend

Sales room is great feel like a superstar. After sales is absolutely ridiculous. Rang twice to there call center but it's not actually them it's just a consige who says will get them to call asap. 2 days later go to site get sent from the main site to a little building with a little window. Explained the car as ball joint and track rod ends that need replacing.

I then ask if I can just exchange the car for something else so I can drive the car the same day away. Trade center say no we need to inspect it but will be in 8 days time. So bought the car Friday, now Tuesday and have to wait 8 days for it to be inspected for them to decide if I can get out of the whole agreement. Rang finance about cancelling as within 14 day cooling of period, yes of course but you need to pay the 8k finance to us before you can cancel the finance. Avoid at all costs once they have you in your just a problem to them.

All in all a good experience abdullah was a great help very pleased with my new car thanks trade centre

Was welcomed by all deparment off staff and each 1 fully explained everything in fine detail, 10/10 highly recommend

No pushy sales people left to browse at ease, plenty of choices of cars after sales more than helpful can't fault what so ever been a pleasure thanks

After bying my Mercedes A3 I noticed the the tyre inflater and the wheel locking nut key was missing and when I complained they admitted the knew they were missing as it was recorded on their pre sale inspecting, but refused to provide the missing items, how the can sell a car to someone with the means to even get the wheel off in the event of a puncture is behind me. I wouldn't recomend by a from this company.

Bought a vehicle 3 weeks back had it 2 weeks had to go in for an a new exhaust so havnt had it for a week. I got it back and thought id check the oil and windscreen wash, turns out the oil was completely empty 🤦🏻‍♀️ like what is the point in the 99 checks they claim to do if they are not doing them, absolute joke of a company, had to spend £40 to get it filled again.

Great sales person and team to process a car sale. Only downside was the processing time - I was at the showroom a good 3 hours which was frustrating.

Such a crazy experience. Sale was on Friday morning 9am 3k off every car. I queued up all night for hours and was the 1st person at the door and got the car I wanted. When it was time to pay for it I was asked so many personal questions on why I was buying the car and where I was getting the money from. I was told I could not use my dad’s bank card to pay for the car but was fine to use cash so I left a deposit and came back a day later. The next day the general manager said to me to show me her 3 months of my bank statements ( which was none of her business ) I had already provided my license and sufficient proof of matching address which was my latest statement. The GM also said “ we don’t usually take this much cash “ which was a lie since she said I could pay the full amount for the car in cash. It’s as if they did not want to sell me this car for some reason. It was only when my dad got really angry with them and said he would be taking this further if I was rejected the car after all this and then they eventually walked away and let me buy it. I spoke to other members of staff along the car buying journey who said the managers purposely don’t sell website cars as it affects managerial profits and the 2 main managers in charge find any excuse not to sell the car. The service I got was beyond terrible both times it was like they were making it out as I was hiding something. No wonder they have so many bad reviews is it really so hard to be a nice person? Monkey see monkey do - the women manager in charge of the site needs to change her ways as she’s a bad influence on the people below her and the staff say she has a power trip during every sale.

Sales rep explained a few things but kept their distance for us to have a look round. Once we had decided what we wanted the sales rep and sales manager were polite, understanding and gave us a good deal. The finance manager seemed unhappy to start with to be dealing with us but my the end was polite. The collections person explained everything to us including that we couldn’t take the car right away which was due to a failed inspection, which it’s good to know they do a good inspection. On the day to pick up my car, I was left a message, I called back within 10 mins put the call handler couldn’t make contact with the collection team but did a call back. That didn’t happen and an hour later, I had to called again. Good deal overall, just slight frustrations.
