The sales person J. was a great help and assisted beyond expectations. I was promised that the scratches on the body work would be painted before collection but the garage part did not do this. I was disappointed afterbeing promised.

All round professional service, gave me space to view potential cars without rushing me. Explained all processes and services, from arriving to driving away my new car was 2 hours.

I have brought a Vauxhall Corsa from Trade Centre Rochdale on 3rd June 2026 it was one their Web Special car. I have received acknowledgment letter from DVLA I am no longer registered keeper letter dated 3r June 2026. I have contacted DVLA and they and told me that Trade Centre has been taken my name off as registered keeper and put the car back on Traders name. I have contacted Trade Centre various time and left message to contact me. Then on the 16th June I spoken with someo called Ali from Collection Team he introduced him as Collection manager. Ali advised that its not possible and re -apply the log book again. DVLA sent me letter again and asked me to Complete V62 and pay £25 to get log book under my name. However I have spoke to Trade Centre Rochdale again spoke to someone called BRAD (however is sound like a Asian Man). Explained everything, he told me to pay £25 and order new log book as Trade Centre would never do that. I have been driving this car no logbook under my name which was very big risk. God forbid If I would you have an accident I dont have no proof that I am a registered keeper and my insurance would have been void as I have put on my insurance I am a register keeper. Now. I not driving this car due this Trade Center reckless behaviour and they are not supportive. Everytime you called trade centre they will put you through concierge who take your details and advised will get phone call however ne phone call never received. The General manager behaviour also unacceptable. If I could I would have give Trader Centre negative rating. This branch gets run by some very unprofessional people.

Bought a car 8wks ago apparently mot and servo with the 40 points checked! Explain why then a brand new exhaust has had to be fitted not just a small part but the whole exhaust! I emailed your team had no reply! Really poor customer service! Its non existent

Very good today they was both very fast and going through everything in detail, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at getting a car

There really ought to be a zero option. Since purchasing. within days first issue and within a month 2 very serious issues. Vehicle rejected, but delays due to their "procedures" delay refund. Horrific. Do not engage, drive on. Go on a Sunday and simply see and talk to those who are protesting for their refunds and the cars they cannot drive.

Amazing service

Bought a car from the Rochdale branch. Kept breaking down. Trade centre refused the fix the issue. Took it to the ombudsman. Trade centre then tried to lie and say I had not contacted them. Luckily I kept all evidence and shown them to be lying. Took time but the collected the car and returned money. I fortuenalty they have now sold this on. I expect everything that shown on the independent report will have not been fixed and someone else will have to go through the ame process. Absolute joke of a company. Would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. Needs shutting down

Went to the Rochdale branch to look at at first car for our daughter after seeing their advert online. It clearly advertises five cars that are under £5000. We travelled to the site to find the lowest price car was just under £9000.

Brilliant service very helpful

This car started being an issue in April, 2 days after purchase. Now 27 June, 3 more problems, 2 break downs, towed off Mancunian way. We just want to draw a line under the whole sorry story get money back, inc insurance, car tax and £40 Ubers every time to get to Rochdale. Did get a courtesy car eventually in May and did more miles in that than in the actual car, which has been in physical possession 3 weeks since April. Just refund us and we’ll happily go away and purchase elsewhere.

From walking in trades centre Rochdale the staff was very helpful and is around to ask about a car 🚗 talk to about the car 🚗 and got the key to for me to have a look and was not pushy and the sales manager was very helpful to

Came into the trade centre a bit wary looked at a car and was still unsure but the team went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable confident and happy with the car, all members of the team were very helpful and reassuring and i can’t fault them.

Staff are friendly, helpful and very polite.. very open and honest and made the whole experience a pleasure..
