The Trade Centre UK - Rochdale Recensioni 

I went to purchase a car at the Rochdale trade centre branch Mercedes A class. I was told the car had been sold straight away during the sale however the sale had fallen through for whatever reason and the car is now sitting around the back as sold however the car should be on the showroom floor available for sale. The general manager has specially done so everybody thinks the car is sold even though it is not sold as the sale fell through the same morning on Friday and he is doing this on purpose so he can sell the car to someone he knows since it was a cheap car. I appreciate the honesty from the salesman and staff. The new manager Jamie is clearly abusing his position in power to exploit the system for his own personal gain.

A warm greeting on arrival by staff, no pressure, queries dealt with - no quibbles. Selected vehicle which was checked whilst paperwork was completed and drove away in a couple of hours.

Very friendly staff throughout the process. My only negative is be honest at the start how long the process takes. We were there for hours, and it became a little draining.

arrive dat showroom greated well, told them what i wanted, showed us a selection, chose a car and minor issues with the vehicle and they rectified the faults instantly. thank you team. Thanks to the mulaika, aidan and rabiha for all your help.

Again appalling aftersales apparently refitted the gearbox they claim was sent away to be fully reconditioned yet they are delaying at every opportunity for an independent inspection to be booked in by the AA to deem whether the vehicle would pass a thorough check given the 99 point one they claim was done pre sale is not worth the peace of paper it’s written on they never ring you back and are delaying this car being rejected at every possible opportunity COMPLETE COWBOYS avoid buying a car from here my car is still with them and has been since the 17th July they take your hard earned money and literally don’t care that they have supplied you with a faulty vehicle

Avoid unless you have thoroughly investigated the vehicle and after-sales support.
My experience with Trade Centre UK in Rochdale was extremely disappointing, and I would not buy another vehicle from them.
I purchased a car from the Rochdale branch and, after the purchase, the vehicle caught fire. This was an extremely serious and frightening experience and has completely changed my view of the company and the buying process.
What also concerns me is my experience of the sales and after-sales process. I was encouraged to leave a review on the day I collected the vehicle, before I had any opportunity to properly assess the car or experience the after-sales service. In hindsight, I would strongly advise customers not to feel pressured into reviewing their purchase immediately.
I was particularly disappointed with how I felt my concerns were handled afterwards. My experience left me feeling that the level of after-sales support did not match what I expected when making such a significant purchase.
I have retained documentation and evidence relating to my experience, including evidence concerning the vehicle and what happened afterwards.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from Trade Centre UK does not rely solely on the sales presentation or initial customer experience. Do your own independent checks, investigate the vehicle thoroughly, ask questions about its history and condition, and make sure you understand exactly what support is available if something goes wrong.
This is my genuine personal experience and my opinion based on what happened to me.
For me, the most important lesson is simple.
Don't rush into the purchase, don't feel pressured into leaving an immediate positive review, and make sure you are completely satisfied with the vehicle and the after-sales arrangements before committing yourself.
Based on my experience, I would not use Trade Centre UK again.

great experience, every member of staff know their jobs inside and out, everyone has been wonderful they all gave me a good experience. Thank you Sam, umar, jamie & rabiha for all your help.

They do not check the cars they are selling properly and often sell cars with faults. They then get you to sign something to say that they can fix it and use this against you when you try to reject the car as being not fit for purpose when you purchased, saying they have the right to fix it (they warp consumer standards against you). Take weeks and weeks (if you're lucky) to "fix" the car and give it back still broken just with the fault cleared - so then it breaks again. Do your research elsewhere (e.g. FB, BBC) and you will see thousands of people with similar stories. The warranty they sell you also doesn't actually cover anything that happens, they never pay out. Staff know all of this and will ignore you and rudely shut you down for trying to get answers and assert your rights. Have had a staff member even admit to me they would not buy a car from here. Avoid at all costs, they are not registered with the motor ombudsman for a reason.

From start to finish dealt with with respect n explained all very well they were a pleasure to deal with
