Very helpful
Unfortunately, I have had an issue with my salt & pepper grinder twice, however on both occasions, Tower have been fabulous and sent a replacement. My most recent issue was dealt with by Sara and she was helpful, friendly and very understanding and is sending me another replacement out. I purchased a waste bin in February last year which developed a fault. I contacted customer services and must say had an excellent experience, no trying to weedle out or saying the warranty wouldn't be covered. On proof of purchase, an immediate replacement was arranged by the very helpful Elle.
