Recieved my bag today was really…

Recieved my bag today was really looking forward to getting this bag but was very dissapointed with the quality of the leather it seems very synthetic and not like leather at all i do not think the bag is worth the £133 that was paid for it the communication has been very good and have been kept informed all the way along about my delivery unfortunatly i will not be buying again

Do not order from this shop

Do not order from this shop! I ordered on the 22nd May and the first time I emailed to request an update on my order, they told me my order was shipped in April and it was delayed. Made no sense because I ordered in May. Then multiple emails later, I was told it was coming. It’s now the 6th of June and have not heard anything from them till now except to tell me I couldn’t cancel my order even though it hasn’t been shipped yet. Shocking customer service and definitely do not recommend the unpleasant experience to anyone.
Update- After a few weeks of no updates, it took a negative review on trustpilot to get their attention and have my order cancelled and funds returned. I really wish they put the same effort into their customer service and delivering the product in the timeframe they promise on their website.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience with us has not met expectations.

We’d like to clarify a few important points:
• Your order was placed on 22nd May, and when you first contacted us, it was still within our advertised processing timeframe, taking into account the UK bank holiday.
• The reference to April in our initial reply was a genuine error caused by another order under the same name. This was quickly corrected once identified.
• In your email on Monday, you mentioned that you had contacted your payment provider to reverse the transaction. Unfortunately, when a chargeback is initiated, we are legally unable to proceed with delivering the order until we receive confirmation of the review from the payment processor, as the funds are eventually withdrawn from us. This policy exists to protect our small business from loss.
• Your order has since been successfully cancelled as the chargeback process is already underway.

We truly regret that this experience has been disappointing and appreciate your understanding.

Almost everything perfect :)

First I was little bit sceptisk. After my purchase was made in two weeks nothing happened, but I contacted customer service few times and was informed about little delay. When package was on the way - I have received it reeeeaaaly fast. I live in Norway so here somethimes its not so easy. Now I am waiting for my next purchase :D Absolutelly recommend that store.

I can confirm that your refund was processed on our end and a confirmation email was sent to you on the day it was issued. While we understand how frustrating delays can be, once a refund is processed, the timeframe for it to appear in your account depends on your card provider’s processing times — which, unfortunately, are outside of our control.

You’re welcome to contact your credit card company directly to confirm the refund if it hasn’t appeared yet. This is standard protocol and they should be able to provide you with more clarity on when the funds will reflect.

Final update….
Thank you Kate for your comments on my review. And thank you for cancelling my order and expediting my refund quickly, I appreciate it.
As we discussed I completely lost all confidence that the bag would arrive for my event at all, we had discussed this when we spoke and I’m afraid you putting the delivery date back further was the last straw, hence the cancellation of my order.
I am indeed a returning customer and may come back again, your bags are very nice but I will certainly make sure I order a long time in advance and not rely on your quoted delivery times.

Update…..Following my review on Friday 30th May I received a call from Kate at Totes Luxe, apologising for my concerns and reassuring me my bag was on track and scheduled for delivery between today and Wednesday, She followed this up with a very nice email and told me they will be sure to keep me updated as soon as it was dispatched. Noting yet…..
I have just responded to her email and the email has been returned saying the info at Totes Luxe email address as per the website no longer exists…..I have tried a further 4 times and checked and re checked the address each time - they have all failed to deliver.
I have no idea what on earth is going on and I have a very bad feeling I will not now get the bag I ordered as I was told.
Where are you Totes Luxe? Please Kate can you call me as you did on Friday?

So far not good….I ordered a bag and having now read the reviews on Trustpilot I am not sure it will turn up!
I have emailed and had an automated response promising a human will contact me but that hasn’t happened yet.
More worryingly the website is showing there are no products in New Arrivals and Best Sellers, when I ordered the bag there were bags available under every heading.
Come on Totes Luxe UK contact your customers like me to reassure them the bag exists and the order will arrive.
I would like nothing better than to edit this message to say that all is well and my bag has arrived.
We will see.

1 star – Extremely poor customer service, no delivery
I placed an order on May 9th and never received the item or any shipping confirmation. I emailed multiple times and received absolutely no response. It has now been over two weeks, and my payment is still blocked.

This kind of silence and lack of basic communication is unacceptable from any business. I do not recommend ordering from this website. I am currently forced to escalate the matter through my bank.

Avoid if you value your time and money.

I ordered the London bag in large

I ordered the London bag in large. I waited and waited and checked the tracking which did not move. I tried to contact them and got no reply. In the end I contacted my card issuer and told them I thought I had been scammed and I got my money back. The bag did arrive but was nothing like I expected not real leather and smelt strongly of chemicals. I am now waiting to get a date for it to be collected.

Incredible bag and incredible brand!

This is my second bag from Totes Luxe and I am absolutely thrilled. The quality is second to none! The customer service has been incredible and so thorough. I just think this brand are great! Can’t wait to order my next one!

Chelsea bag

Great bag, classic and stylish. Very well constructed and the large size (my choice) is perfect for day and evening use.
Customer service is really helpful ( some delivery issues hence 4 stars) and contacts are efficient, polite and friendly.
Have placed another order already.

Edited to add that I have now received a full refund

Bag never received. They initially replied to me offering a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and since this, I have heard nothing and it has been almost a month. I contacted them again more than 2 weeks ago and still no response

Fake leather false advertising

Totes luxe advertise genuine full grain leather. I paid £160 for a bag made of plastic. Awful quality and a scam. Watch out….. I have since been offered a replacement in a softer leather and will update review if an improvement is received

Milan black bag sadly not for me

Ordered Milan black bag after much research ,as an anniversary present from my husband ,communication was very good and bag arrived tracked by Royal Mail sadly I was disappointed as it was not the leather I was expecting,customer service was excellent and ‘Kate’ ensured that I got a full refund .
The bag was well packaged but I didn’t receive the 2’scarf ‘ ties to dress the bag ,it was a very good replica bag but sadly not for me

Burgundy chic

I'd been looking at this lovely Zara bag as, for me, it's great for evenings, I hesitated, but then bought it.
I'm delighted with it, it looks great, chic and the pumps I bought to match make it even better!
It's also great for daytime wear.
Love it.

The Chelsea bag is beautiful

Ordered the Chelsea bag in grey. It arrived well packaged. The bag is beautiful. I paid through Klarna which was handy and the delivery was tracked by Royal Mail. The bag came with a detachable shoulder strap for a more relaxed wear. The grey is a warm tone. I am very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.
