Inability to manage payments
Set-up a debit online a while back, wanted to amend the amount but no facility online to do this (you can't cancel it either) . No telephone contact, the only contact means is via webform which doesn't even provide you with a confirmation email, you need to screenshot it using your phone camera for proof. And no response even if you contact them through the webform. The website says they have an app on the apple store but they don't. I now having to go to my bank to get the payment stopped completely
