Rob and Cai arrived at 7 like they said they would in the txt they sent me the day before that I forgot to check. So it was a bit of a surprise. But luckily I was up and we had a giggle about it. They delivered my two heavy purchases with much care. Both lovely chaps, very kind and efficient, both units were very well packed and secure. And as I unwrapped them I couldn’t help but go “oh wow” is this really mine. I’m in the middle of furnishing my new bungalow and these two beautiful pieces are setting the theme very nicely

Tony and Simon were both cheerful and polite. Carried furniture in and put it where i asked, no problem! Very pleased with furniture.

From order to fulfilment, we were very happy with this product. Delivery was on time & we were kept updated by the deliverymen. Special thanks to Simon and Tony for who nothing was to much trouble. The bench was easy to assemble & the finished product is top quality & sturdy. I’m sure it will last a lifetime!

Chose the Farmhouse Oak set such great quality easy to put together and looks lovely in the bedroom . Amazingly solid oak with a lovely finish .
Simon and Tony delivered the double bed set and put the boxes into my chosen room . No questions asked ,prompt arrival called when a short distance away . Would highly recommend them as a company very happy customer 😊

Recieved a call an hour before delivery stating the delivery would be arrivingin approx one hour. Simon and Tony arrived at the duly appointed time, delivered the items in a professional and courteous mannor exactly where I requested.

Scott and Matt delivered my chairs today. What lovely guys. Polite, helpful and explained how to contact the company if I had any issues. Good old fashioned service.

The Westfield Oak Dining Chairs are gorgeous and fabulous quality. They have made my old oak table look new again.

Delivery driver's Andy and Scott were very polite and helpful asking if we wanted bed elsewhere, very professional. Super early delivery with update when to expect. Bed looks super chunky not up yet but looks lovely.

Disappointed the bed looks lovely but the middle gave way and broke after a few uses it for my elderly dad when he comes to visit so was only used a few times I was offered a middle replacement which I had to wait for the bed has never been the same since it now creaks when you get in and move on the bed and there always that worry that it may give way again so disappointed feel like I've wasted my money as it doesn't have that comfort you would expect with a new bed no we have to consider having to get a new bed frame

Top Furniture provide excellent furniture and delivery with great customer service. I was called to arrange to delivery, the delivery team were kind and helpful and the furniture comes very well packaged! The furniture is beautiful and sturdy. I am delighted overall.

Ordered my furniture on-line very easy website to navigate and payment system. Recieved a phone call 2 days later to arrange delivery, gave me choice of dates and a 4 hour window which is great. Delivery turned up 3 days later by a very efficient, lovely delivery team Tony & Simon. Text message the night before to say they'd be out by 6.30am. Best delivery service ever am able to get on with my day without hanging around. Can't comment on furniture as yet as still packaged. But from my experience so far I'm confident it will be perfect. Tv unit now unpacked and it is stunning. A well made peice of furniture.
