The tour Guide
The tour Guide, Jacobo was outstanding, helpful, patient, kind with buckets of knowledge and happy to answer questions and to facilitate all age groups on the tour. Jacobo went above and beyond to support the group as did our coach driver Fabio.

Wonderful week in Tuscany
Recently returned from a week away in Tuscany with Topflight. It was hands down a fantastic trip and superbly organised with professional guides. Our main guide was with us all the time to offer advice and assistance. Nothing was left to chance. Would highly recommend and will definitely tour with them again.

10 out of 10 to experience TopFlight holidays.
One of the best holiday providers are Top flight, every 2 years we do a guided tour and an all inclusive holiday, we have booked 2 holidays so far, Ausria and Croatia, the total experience is a resounding 10 out of 10. No need to look at any other website but TopFlight. They supply.

Top flight was excellent at organising…
Top flight was excellent at organising our trip. Southern Italy (Amalfi) is known for being extremely difficult to get around and organise yourself. The guides were fantastic, thank you to Lorna, Lindsey and Wendy for being so helpful. It was so lovely to do our holiday with no stress and have everything organised for us. I would highly recommend using top flight if you want a relaxed fun and exciting. The only recommendations I would make would be include good food in the price for the excursions. Anything that happens on the tour should be included in the price as enough is paid for some of the tours.

We have travelled extensively with other travel companies & for escorted tours in particular, but on this Topflight escorted tour they were truly excellent & exceeded our expectations in several areas. We would definitely book with them again & definitely recommend Topflight to fellow travellers. Thanks to all at Topflight & particularly the local guide on our tour, Filomena Tanzarella.

Cinque Terre, Elba, Chianti, Pisa & Lucca
Tours were varied and interesting, and included buses, boats & trains. Our guide Sara was brilliant and made everything stressless, even when the weather forced a change of itinerary one day.
Local guides did the tours at each location. As much history as you wanted.
Dinner each night was at 7:45, probably later than expected. I found the food excellent, with a few choices for each course. Plenty of salad, fruit & bread choices. Breakfasts were buffet style and had lots of choice.
Hotel is a little bit away from the local town of Viareggio, a 20 minute bus ride or easy cycle.
Return flight from Pisa at 6am meant we left our hotel at 3:15, which wasn't great.
Overall, a tour I would definitely recommend, made more memorable by the attention and care of Sara

The hotel was perfectly matched for needs. It was stunning and a little walk away from the town. Which was perfect for us as it was a beautiful hotel with all amenities covered. I love that top flight are experts in Italy and their agents fly to all areas of Italy and know what they are talking about

Tour guide was fun, interesting, and lovely,our bus driver was lovely ,and always in good humour.
we were with a lovely group,and everyone got on , great fun and chats.
you could have water in the morning , orange juice and flavoured water ,tea and coffee with breakfast
But water, was 5 euro at evening meal, no tea or coffee
Food was canteen standard ,lukewarm at best ,and cold plates.
Room was dark with little daylight, lighting not great, not very clean,(as in flooring was not washed before we arrived and not during our stay)cheap IKEA tin bedside tables, beds very comfy and pillows good , towels were clean .
Bar isn't in the hotel it's beside it ,and closed at 10.15 , latest was 11 ,no residents area to finish your drinks, they just closed, even though it was busy,you had to be out the door at 11.
We were all up early for our tours nobody was wanting a late night , perhaps 11.30 or 12?
some staff need a course on customer service
If we hadn't the tours ,you'd crack up in the hotel,no balcony ,it's a sleep and go hotel
certainly not a 4 star

Topflight did as agreed, flights accommodation and transfers. All very good.
However no information was provided about the area visited . Eg information on local tours etc.

As this was a bespoke Tailormade package, our overseas concierge is always available to assist with any questions, as we do not have resort managers locally — as explained at the time of booking. The hotel concierge is also a helpful point of contact during your stay.

Puglia
We went on a crafted for you to Puglia based on the escorted tour that Top Flight had - it gave us more flexibility. Stayed in a Trulli in Locortondo which is a great base for exploring Northern Puglia.
Topflight as always were great and we look forward to using them again - good personal touch.
