The battery I received was not the one I ordered and would not work in my computer. I sent multiple emails to get a refund and return the battery with no response. I will now attempt to have my credit card dispute the charge. POOR SERVICE!!

ordered a camera battery, i've not received any confirmation or notification other than my PayPal confirmation. Tried to get in touch, no response. They do not seem to be trading anymore, but their website is still accepting money.

i paid £36.98 gbp for a replacement camcorder battery and charger from topbatteries on 29 november 2023. i sent an email 8/12/23 and have had no communication from to date or received my order from topbatteries i do not consider topbatteries should be trading.

Wrong battery turned up and was slow replying to solve the issue . Which didn’t get resolved in the 30 days via PayPal so now I’m stuck with a battery I don’t need and probably won’t be able to get rid of. Does anybody have an email for this company please ?

Do not purchase from this company. Took money from PayPal but no sales confirmation, dispatch notes, product! Luckily Paypal have refunded and despite the web address this is the company: 广州鼎胜盈电商有限公司

Placed order for camera battery. No sales order/confirmation/acknowledgement received. Chased 3 times but no reply received. Opened case with Paypal & received refund. Still have not received any reply from Top batteries or received the battery. Regret I did not track reviews before placing purchase

I was concerned as after I had ordered a battery from "Tommydeal" via topbatteries.co.uk i saw some reviews that said this outfit was a scam.
Apart from the email from paypal saying I had paid this outfit I got no confirmation or despatch email.
However after a week my battery arrived (from Germany I think) and has increase the life of my laptop when unplugged from 4 minutes to 4 hours and has not caught fire yet, so I cant complain. Only giving 4 stars as comms are......well, non existant.

I needed to replace battery for dyson cordless. Original battery is quite expensive, so I decided to find something cheaper. Found this website and placed an order. As a confirmation I received email just from PayPal, not from the company. This makes me start thinking... I searched for reviews, and I found very low ratings pointing on poor communication, old website look, Chinese fake company
etc. I get scared so I contact Topbatteries via email. I received response next day, that they will look into my case immediately. Two days later my delivery came. Battery is a bit heavier than original but, past two months works perfectly well, and I am happy that I saved some money.
I am one of the satisfied customers.

A bit disconcerted by the adverse reviews, and lack of contact after ordering, but goods were supplied as described, and speedily within the timescale stated in the website. Time will tell whether the goods are fit for purpose.

This is a dishonest website and should not be in business. They sent the wrong item and despite its return, refused to refund or replace.

The battery supplied was not of the type ordered. Seller didn't reply to emails unless chased then responded with irrelevant questions/delaying tactics.
I would not deal with them again under any circumstances.
Only giving one star because I can't give none.

DO NOT BUY. Bought a HP replacement battery from this company in August 2019 direct from their website. I got no sales confirmation, but the battery did eventually arrive. We used it for 18 months and then it EXPLODED without warning in the laptop whilst it was being used. Sent hot metal everywhere and started a small fire.

I'm only leaving one star because I couldn't leave none, a week to arrive, no invoice, cheap Chinese batteries. No after sakes service. Just ignore my emails. It's not like there cheap.

Dnt buy anything from then they are scammer I order a laptop batterywith them and cost me 38euro but I have never receive I email them several time and they did not respond to my email what a waste of time and money

Scammer selling Chinese goods via Amazon at inflated price.
Looked on A'zon - battery £15. Obviously not genuine. Went searching and found 'my' battery on 'Topbatteries'.
As the battery was all black not black and yellow like the Chinese substitutes, I bought it for £28.99 incl postage.
Turned up next day from A'zon Prime.
So basically I have been scammed out of £14.
However, when I read the page again it does not say 'genuine' so I can't do anything about it.
The registered address is in Portsmouth (Stone Bridge United), with Chinese directors. The company is in liquidation.

Ordered new battery for hp laptop and arrived 3 days later. No communication, which raised worries, but all looks genuine. Arrived via Amazon box.

If it was possible to leave this company a zero rating here on trustpilot, believe me, I would! Dont be fooled by the UK address of this rubbish company. You may be provided with a prompt delivery (of a faulty & misdescibed product), but the company is in CHINA.

After ordering my replacement roomba battery pack @£24.99 (+£5 postage), I was promptly sent a bootleg/home -fettled product. I could have bought a bunch of batteries & connected them into a plastic cover myself without paying these jokers to provide its DIY version; it didn't even fit my appliance.

Dealing with the company was a nightmare. On complaining to them, they expected me to wait while they contacted their warehouse. After pointing out that my contract was with the company & not their wholesaler, I had to ask repeatedly for a returns label in emails that took 6 days.

Because my emails were not promptly responded to and not wanting to telephone the +86 zone, I had politely asked the location of Tommy Wu and his warehouse. He ignored me & avoided answering, leaving me to wonder if the Hermes 'tracked' returned product had gone missing.

They left me to wait another 9 days while the product was being returned - half way round the world and literally on a slow boat to China.

Only after raising a dispute with PayPal have I today been advised of an intended refund - which 'should appear in your account within 30 days'!!!

Rubbish product. Rubbish service. Rubbish company....oh, did I mention to AVOID giving these chancers your money? Gamble at your peril, don't say that you weren't warned.

Returning their defective laptop battery to (Terry|Garda). They ignored my email until I raised the issue with PayPal and asked me to return the battery to Amazon - Customer Returns, Amazon Way, Dunfermline Fife KY11 8ST - this is clearly spurious as I bought the battery from their website using Payapl. Amazon informed me this was a scam which I passed onto PayPal. I informed Terry that it is prohibited for me to send a laptop battery unless it is within its device. One is required to open a business courier account and then apply for a dangerous goods license. They have refunded my money and I have thrown their defective battery in the trash.
