Excellent communications, quick response in sending

Received two TOPBATT 5000mAh on 9/11/2024. The batteries are worthless. Have used them only sporadically with small Makita tools. Initially the delivered (measured) power was just half of the indicated 5.0 A. After having re-charged only two times, they are both completely gone. Because the 30 days guarantee has elapsed, replacement seems not to be possible? Contacting supplier “TOPBATT” is mission impossible. Strongly discourage buying.

It's a rather strange battery I ordered as it's for a watch but it's a specialised battery but they had it in stock and it was delivered within about 10 days and I'm really pleased because I can get my expensive watch working again.

I found the battery on line and ordered is from topbattery. Customer service was excellent. It came faster than I had expected. So overall a great servicem

An exact replacement thanks

I ordered a battery for my old Kindle Voyage. It came well packaged, with an installation kit (spudgers and screwdrivers and such), and was an official Amazon branded battery (identical to the one being replaced). Communication was good and they responded quickly to emails. The new battery is working great. Very smooth transaction all round.

I have bought 2 replacement Dell batteries from Topbattery now and they do not last. The first one died just after 12 months. The last one which has just died only lasted 7 months. I am meticulous when it comes to battery care - these should have lasted a lot longer. I have another battery (not from TopBattery) and this is still working fine without any issues. TopBattery have not responded to any of my emails.

But I can tell you right now this is a scam website offering products far more cheaply than is realistic.

order a battery from them, they sent the wrong one, now claims I haven't order off them, no refund no battery they say their name is phonemarketuk?? but their email name is Ebay PM UK

Before I bought the batteries I asked Topbattery if the batteries were shipped from the UK, which they answered yes to in an email. Later came a customs declaration from the Danish authorities because the batteries where shipped from Singapore. Topbattey promised to pay the cost of customs because they had promised shipping from the UK. But they paid only 15 pounds of 39 pounds.
