Sarah, have a first class service

First time using Toomey Southend to service my MG. Excellent and friendly service from Sarah. Very pleased I went there.

I booked my car in at Toomey Motor Group Southend for a service and an infotainment system update. The service was completed as expected, but unfortunately the update couldn’t be done due to connection problems. I now need to return for the update, which isn’t ideal and adds extra time and inconvenience.
However, I want to highlight Sarah, who greeted me when I arrived. She was very polite, professional, and made the check‑in process smooth. Her approach definitely improved the overall experience.
A good level of customer care, but the technical issue meant the visit didn’t fully meet expectations.

Sarah was welcoming, engaging and extremely helpful. Made the whole process easy and smooth and kept me updated with what was happening with the car so I wasn’t just waiting and wondering in limbo.

Had my MG HS serviced for its initial service, great service. Sarah on the service desk was fantastic.

Booked service on phone with the help of Sarah, she was very polite and helpful, which made the service run smoothly, and enjoyable.

Sarah made me feel at ease straight away, even before my visit. Sarah was really helpful with booking my appointment and even changed it to an earlier time for me. When I arrived, Sarah made me feel welcome. She had all the information and details ready for me. Sarah was both professional and personable. After the service to my car, Sarah went through the paperwork with me. She then kindly walked me back to my car after checking that I was happy with everything.
