Dealing with Sarah at the services department was easy. She was very quick in resolving my issues, got me booked in within the same week which I really appreciated and got me a great deal so it wasn’t such a huge financial impact. Sarah has a great personality, friendly, funny and a pleasure to deal with.

My car was recovered on Sunday due to brake failure and the recovery dropped it a Toomey MG Southend. Monday morning I tried calling on my break with no success, I phoned again on my lunch break and spoke to a guy who didn’t really know anything about my car, he said he would get Sarah to give me a call back. Sarah called me almost straight away, she listened to me but explained how short staffed they were but she’d do her best. I called Sarah back again at 5.45 in tears as I was very stressed, being a single parent who needs her car for a second job and wouldn’t get paid if I didn’t work I was frightened. Over the next couple of days Sarah accepted my numerous calls and was reassuring and extremely helpful, even though she was busy she took time to understand my situation and got my car fixed at the best price she was able to. Sarah gave me excellent service and I am very grateful for everything she has done,because of her I will definitely be recommending MG to my friends and family. Thank you so much Sarah

I had my car serviced today at MG Toomey group in Southend. The customer service I rcvd from the front desk lady (Sarah Makin) was of the highest standard. From booking the car in, welcoming me on arrival, explaining the process and finally picking the car back up could not have been bettered. A vastly better experience than the one’s I used to get at Mercedes. Many thanks.
