George and Gio took great care of me with my Fiat service

My Citroen was in for a repair today and was booked in by Gio. He was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Repair was dealt with quickly and was a smooth easy process from start to finish!

Service very good. They accommodated my request for vehicle to be ready by 13.00 was ready by 11.30. Polite service by the staff.

Mia who is the service department customer agent was extremely efficient at her job and also set up a service plan for me with no issues highly recommended along with the other staff members I had contact with

Kaci made my first time experience very welcoming, she took the time out to explain to me the paperwork which needed filling in, and double checked with me on what needed to be repaired on my car. She was very friendly and experienced.

When I arrived at Basildon Toomey Shannon and Kaci greeted me with a friendly and welcoming manner. The girls explained to me what was happing to my vehicle.

Brought a van from here with warranty. Engine fault light came on, tried to book it in. Took 2 and a half months for a warranty booking, when I finally arrived for the booking this morning they wanted £175 for diagnostics and said would only not have to pay that if the issue was something the warranty company agreed to. The warranty from here is not worth the paper it is written on, 2 and a half months and then a £175 fee for something my local garage does for £30. AVOID.

Great service as always. Excellent communication and reassurance my EV is getting the best care.

Was made welcome as soon as I arrived. George from Citroen service department was very helpful, informative & pleasant, explaining everything I needed to know. Very impressed with both service I received and work carried out.

We have bought a few cars from Toomey over the years. However this was the first trip to Hyundai after test driving a few cars. Ronnie (Thompson) listened to us. He understood what we wanted from the car regarding both performance and efficiency. The whole process was effortless and Ronnie was a professional and a pleasure to deal with. Answering my car performance questions ( not all saleman are knowledgeable) with ease. Really thrilled with our n-line tuscon. Nice touch with the manager Neill thanking us for our business too. Felt a valued customer 🙂
