Waited more than a week to tell me something was discontinued. Take it off your website please instead making people wait weeks to find out you don’t have it.

Paid for Fedex 2day delivery
Paid for Fedex 2day delivery. Two days after delivery date I emailed company asking where product is. I didn't received it. Then and only then did I receive an email stating the manufacturer discontinued the item and they will refund my purchase. They should have notified me before or on the 2 day delivery date that the item is discontinued. Instead they waited until I asked.

Still don’t have the tool
Still don’t have the tool, had to contact them to try and find out an estimated delivery date. Said it was in stock but turns out it wasn’t and is back ordered, tried to cancel order because I wanted the tool for a project but never heard back. Hopefully the tool shows up

Product arrived in a reasonable time in good shape. I was surprised at how high the shipping costs were, but part of that was my fault as I didn't want to have to fill out all the information again to shop around.
