Great customer service & alert staff
The company was very helpful with customer service after I had a mix up with delivery address. They even spotted that I had made the same mistake again on the next order and changed it themselves which we were very grateful for.

Fast Delivery
First time I have used Tooled-Up and was not disappointed. The sprinkler was well priced compared to other sellers and it was delivered a couple of days later. The sprinkler is doing a great job, so good news all round.

Excellent Delivery & Customer Service
Ordered an item online, Bosch 36v garden strimmer with battery bundle including charger and safety equipment. No issues with delivery. Contacted customer services due to delivery of one item and they gave an excellent service. Would strongly recommend anyone to use Tooled Up.

Einhell Brushcutter (professional)
Friendly very helpful staff . Super efficient delivery. I have used the Einhell brush cutter for the first time today> I am very impressed, there is minimal vibration and is very powerful. Even more impressed with the battery 'life'- over an hour brillant!! Thanks Tooled Up I would recommend you to friends, neighbours and family.

terrible after sales service
Bought Bosch mower from then. Quick delivery but obviously a dud and failed in a few months. Tooled Up don't offer replacement and you are in the useless hands of Bosch who take weeks to repair. Failed a second time and Tooled Up said tough, you're in the hands of Bosch again. Over 2 weeks without my mower and still waiting.

Dont use
Was going to purchase Hozelock 2-in-1 Drum Composter got the payment section put all my details in, pressed confirm and just stuck on spinning circle for about 15 mins so I refreshed, on the account there is no order so I decided to pay the little extra on B&Q as i am much more confident in them, But money has come out of my account from Tooled-up. No order number no email, tried phoning customer service no answer so at the moment im -£113 and Im full expecting to have lost this money from the fraud company
