I use a selection of Bosch tools for my gardening. Tooled-Up carry an extensive range, and the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to help me building my personal 'toolbox' collection. Thank you, guys :)

As a previous customer, I placed an order as everything was showing as in stock on the website, some small items were dispatched i.e. a charger & an adapter but the main tool a chainsaw was not, I had to email in to ask when it would be delivered, was told 5 working days after, fine so I waited again no further communication so emailed in again to be notified it was now a pre / back order item and not due for another 7months. They Would only refund the amount for the chainsaw so had to pay the £7.95 delivery charge for a £55 charger & adapter not ideal as I then had to buy the chainsaw again from another supplier who shipped the saw out next day & with free delivery.

Due to their poor customer service and policy’s this was a complete waist of my time, I will not be using this company again, this could have been successfully resolved very differently.

I had bought a Black & Decker battery jigsaw from Homebase in their closing down sale. Battery didn't work & turned out to be from 2021.
Tooled-up advertised the exact new genuine replacement at a sensible price & carriage. Easy to order, arrived on time with progress reports. It is new & works perfectly. Thank you.

The stress I had trying to get return postage on a cosmetic issue.their view was the leather holster had 3horrible markings on the face (not like the perfect one advertised) but was still useable. I’ve heard it all now.

I just needed a replacement strimmer since I had batteries and charger. Tooled-up seemed to be the only place offering this. Good price.

Tried to buy a new lawnmower half a dozen times, got no further than create an account, which I did and each time went to a 403 page - forbidden error page, tried both firefox and edge, turned off all adblock and priovacy badger as well, hopeless.

Very pleased with Bosch 36v battery that arrived promptly and at a very good price. Have used Tooled-Up a few times now. Would recommend them.

Really good price on tools I was looking for - some extra gardening gloves and safety glasses were also thrown in which was an added bonus. I ordered 3 items, 1 of which was available but not immediately in stock. So phoned up and lady was more than happy to get the first 2 sent out first. Very prompt dispatch and delivery time. Similarly, as soon as 3rd item was in stock this was sent out immediately. Very happy with my purchases and would not hesitate to use again!

Delivery was prompt and order information updates as good if not better than Amazon!
