Good communication and advice. A tad expensive on delivery for such tiny items but the products resolved the issue. So, I’d definitely recommend them and will use again. Thanks

Truly Relieved and Happy to have cistern working properly

Highly recommend, lovely people and excellent customer service, identifying the parts I required from photos, even giving guidance on how to install, will recommend to others and use again.

Great company to deal with.. purchases toilet components for a quick fix only to discover that the cistern had a crack along the bottom and was leaking.. so brand new toilet installed ! Sent parts back as no longer any use.. fast refund.. Will def. Purchase from them again 10/10

Good toilet flusher that saved us having to purchase a complete new cistern. We had some difficulty with fitting, but Steve and team were really helpful and gave us great help in getting it all sorted and now working perfectly

From my original inquiry to getting the part i was looking for they were fantastic.

Easy to identify the spare required and speed of delivery 👍

Excellent service from the part being ordered to being delivered. Was delivered very quickly and packed well. Reasonably priced, very pleased with the whole experience.
Thank you

Just the part I needed. Very quick and efficient service. Will definitely use again.

I ordered replacement Oli Expert flush buttons, bellows and flush value. They were well priced being much cheaper than a competitor. There was excellent information on the website about the compatibility of the items. I was able to fit the items easily and saved a fortune on plumbing labour costs.
I ordered items over the weekend, they were dispatched on the Monday, arriving on the Wednesday. This was exactly as I purchased in the 48 hour mail tracking service. You can get them quicker if you need to. Brilliant customer service.
