Ordered the part on a Sunday night, expecting a reply on Monday morning. To my surprise the agent contacted me that evening (within an hour) will the part number and link. The Part was dispatched to NI the next day and I had it fitted early the week.Excelent service and product knowledge.

Excellent service from this company which has been recommended by my plumber. thank you

Well priced product sent as promised and arrived next day. Great Service

The people I spoke to were extremely helpful, and the part I required was dispatched promptly

I had a broken ALI Atlas toilet button , Toilet Spares was the only stockist I could find that had one , I search the Internet and also large and small plumbers merchants.
Toiletspares saved the day 👍

Highly recommend Steve and ToiletSpares - identified the correct part from pictures and had it in stock! Great service!

Very good service ordered one day and got i5 next day

Could not find this part, which was crucial to fixing my wall-hung toilet, on any other web sites. Delivery was prompt although price was premium. Good information on website which allowed me to easily carry out the repair.

Ordered the part arrived very quickly, excellent service

Excellent service, providing a flush valve which I think may be less than common and delivered next working day via the post office (24 option). Very happy as same service on the two orders placed. Thank you.

I cannot rate Toilet spares more highly . I had a problem over Christmas with a toilet , No one in Ireland could guarantee to get he the part within any kind of reasonable time . I contacted Toilet spares on 5th January to see if they would deliver to Ireland as soon as possible many uk companies won’t , I sent them a picture of the toilet interior they were back to me immediately showing me the part I needed and they would deliver , The part arrived 3 days later is installed and working perfectly, They were fast , efficient , knew the part needed straight away , no delays , despatched it immediately . The toilet is a concealed toilet , Great job Toilet spares
