The Dentist who dealt with me was a very kind and understanding person considering how nervous I was, I felt very relaxed and calm and the treatment was exceptional, very well done 5 STAR. Thank you.

Going beyond to make sure I was relaxed. Very nervous about having my teeth touched as my gums and teeth are very sensitive. I would actually give more than a 5 star. Well done to you all.

I had a six monthly check up yesterday and required a filling. No problem the dentist filled the said tooth however, I was charged £75.30. According to NHS website for this charge I should get a clean and polish and tartar removal? Please advise why I didn’t receive this. Thank you. Maybe it wasn’t necessary but, I have never had this done on any of my six monthly check ups. Please clarify.Thank you. Irene Duff

I was having pain with my dentures. My dentist, Natalia, said I should come to review. Did so. She made some minor adjustments and the pain and discomfort was gone. I didn't think they could do that. Very pleased.

I had a great visit all the staff are fantastic especially Natalie fabulous dentist wouldn't go anywhere else x

Horrid experience, just built up the courage to be brave and the dentist was very rough and moaned at me left crying and shaking not impressed

Referred by dentist to orthodontist to see if they would repair work by previous dentist. No answer whilst in the appointment, so told I would get a call. Did receive call to say I would need to pop back in for the answer. I checked twice; once with dentist and again with reception, that I would not be charged for a yes or no answer, only charged if I booked in for treatment. Advised twice it is no charge. Arrived to find out if they could help, and when sent to reception afterwards I was then told it was chargeable. Advised I had been told twice it was not chargeable. Receptionist then advised me this fee would be taken off my treatment price next time. Then handed me an iPad to sign for treatment, which did not deduct the amount I had just paid. On then asking for the clinic manager and explaining again, I was met with a completely different answer that the fee I had just paid was not deductible for the next appointment. Really not happy that I paid and signed for treatment on the incorrect information and basis that it was deductible. Advised I would be called once investigated.

The company is well organised ... very polite workforce ... everything is explained about what is to be done ... no problems at all ... highly recommend.

Always such a calm and peaceful environment. Front desk staff always have a smile and happy to help. My dentist Shina and dental nurse Lorna are outstanding. Thank you for fixing my smile and making me feel so comfortable :)

As one of my close friends is a hygienist in Chelmsford the bar was set high and I came here with low expectations, not vocally I struggle with dentists, doctors and hospitals. In my waiting some patients were making this unnecessarily clear, the young lady that did my treatment has seen enough patients to have detected my struggles and was absolutely brilliant through out and my teeth looked amazing after, it’s refreshing to be seen by someone who genuinely seems a lovely person 100% visit here

I was really nervous about my treatment, but I was soon put at ease with the dentist and her assistant. It was such a better experience than I had imagined. Two filling and a new tooth, and no pain experienced. The dentist was considerate enough to talk through what she was doing, so I new what to expect. Thank you for what you did and my pleasant experience.

All the staff are friendly and kind. Make you feel at ease and very welcoming. Always happy to help if they can. Always going the extra mile. Natalia is amazing in every aspect.

The care of the dentist and the assistant was great. What was not so great was having to wait for 15 minutes until I was seen.
