Very impressed by my dentist and the reception staff.

Staff were lovely, Jenny was the lady that removed one of my teeth. All staff were friendly and approchable and offered reasurance.

Extremely high quality of service from start to finish

A Brilliant friendly Dentist Fauzea and her colleague too. I am Autistic I have Learning Disabilities too she is kind makes sures I understand what she is doing to my teeth.

I visited Together Dental to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I was contacted initially by the surgery to book me in . The process was explained to me in detail. On the day the staff were brilliant from reception, dental nurse and surgeons , they were all very friendly and professional.

I lost a stopping Boxing day.I had to wait till late January to see dentist who then had me book an appointment for work to be done but that appointment was cancelled by surgery and new date of 23rd Feb given. On arrival was seen and work carried out but another appointment had to be booked for completion of work, the dentist said book an appointment on two weeks but earliest appointment was in months time so accepted but we will see if that actually happens or it is rearranged again.
Yesterday's appointment was actually not the original booked as a cancellation allowed me to be seen a week early.

I am very nervous when it comes to dentists and hadn't seen one in a few years before my appointment. I put on the pre-appoinment form that I was nervous and the dentist had read this before I came in.
She was so understanding and reassuring the entire appointment, and when it turned out I needed a filling, it was done so quickly I didn't have any time to feel anxious.

The staff were friendly the place was clean including the toilet dental surgeon was lovely and got on with taking my three tooth roots out of my gums Provided me with a prescription for antibotics because of my Primary Addisons as I’m steriod dependant so I don’t get an infection as might take longer to heal than normal 5* I give this dental surgery Only thing they can do is provide water as they don’t have drinking water and I had to go downstairs and buy a bottle if they could either provide water dispenser or provide water bottles if required my only slight complaint

I would give 5 stars as the staff and Dentist were all great, But access if your disabled is difficult, They Have a lift but it would only take a small Boot scooter, and thiers another Issue, For Disabled thiers no Parking nearby or anywere to get Dropped off without risking fines if you are Disabled!

My surgery was with J Parrish. From diagnosis to actual surgery deep in my gum, she explained all options clearly and with professional guidance as to how it would be and what to expect after the operation. Her friendly and experienced knowledge made me feel at ease even though the surgery was unusual. I was always at ease. During the op itself she kept me informed of each step as she progressed. Such a wonderfully kind and skilled professional. And after the op everything was as had been explained and now I feel recovered and very comfortable.

As someone who has a real fear of visiting the dentist I was totally dreading my 1hr appointment for root canal treatment. However, Davina and her assistant did their best to alleviate my nerves and reassure me. Davina repeatedly asked if I was OK and gave me a few short breaks to take a breather. She explained throughout what she was doing and how it was going. If I'm honest, although far from a pleasurable experience it wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting, thanks to being properly numbed up and not being made to feel in someway like a child for being very nervous and scared.

I was seen on time, no waiting. The dentist was excellent. He gave clear concise information, he was gentle and very considerate.
All the staff were friendly, courteous and cheerfull.

I went for a six- month check-up - as my treatment is ongoing so it is rather difficult to review the situation. It would be much simpler and logical for me to review my treatment once it has been completed

Always satisfied with my treatment at Together Dental as a NHS patient. Always seen on time and when I’ve needed urgent treatment it’s been easy to arrange.

Had my first wisdom tooth removed. Did not know what to expect but they made the whole process so simple and painful free. Had questions about how to care for the hole in my mouth the next day and they got me an appointment same day. Excellent dentist, highly recommend

The dentist was great , very efficient and bedside manner was fine. The nurse also was reassuring and despite having a tooth extraction which was of course painful and uncomfortable this was a positive experience.
The same cannot be said of the receptionist who was rude as I had the temerity to turn up at 825am for a 9am appointment. The door was open so I walked in . I was told to leave the building as they were not open and to get a coffee. I explained I am 72 and my wifes main carer and I was not going to stand in the cold risking illness as it was a very cold morning. She explained it was company policy and I again told her that I was staying put . She said what if you fall over and I again explained that I was not going to move so I could not fall over. A colleague of hers then stepped in when she went to get something and kept to the same story but was at least civil. I noticed people started arriving at 830am so this apology of a receptionist was arguing over 5 minutes!
I do think your receptionist needs a training course on relating to older patients.
