Fawziah the dentist was great in making me feel calm as I was anxious about my tooth extraction. I felt I could trust her completely.

I enlisted as an NHS patient two weeks ago and got an appointment really quickly. I explained that I am a nervous patient...
The dentist was lovely, very kind and reassuring. I only went for a check up and xrays. The dentist said I had 2 small cavities and that she had the time to do them, there and then if I wanted, which was great as it takes me a while to pluck up the courage to book an appointment. I had some anaesthetic which was administered painlessly. I was treated really well. I was in and out within half an hour. I recommend Together Dental in Colchester

They are so professional, from the receptionists to the dental nurses & Dentists.
I have recently had to use them a lot and all their work, including dentures has been brilliant, quick & efficient.
I'm an NHS patient ( been with them a long time) & have always been treated so well.

I had an extraction and guided bone regeneration today. The appointment took an hour and I needed four injections but it was made so much better because of Mr Kuan Chen who talked me through, careful of the pain and my needs. I didn't mark 5 because of the actual task not because of Mr Chen.

Appointment runs to time and is completed in a timely manner.

Attended for a routine check up. Friendly reception. Ushered into the surgery on time. Again, a friendly welcome. Check up all OK and soon on my way having made an appointment six months hence. Confirmation on my 'phone before leaving!

A good experience all round. I’ve been a patient here for a number of years now. The admin and comms are always good: next appointment is always made, pre-visit forms can be completed in line, two reminders before forthcoming appointments issues (telephone call and texts) and prompt timekeeping on the day.
There are colouring sheets to keep children occupied, the waiting room and clinic rooms are spotless.
My dentist and her assistant are always friendly, and explain what they are doing.
A dentist visit is never an actual pleasure is it, but this practice is as good as it’s going to get in my experience.

I had a referral from my dentist for an extraction of one of my molars. The communication was excellent and reminders sent by email. The dentist Minish was very polite and professional and the tooth was extracted without any complications. My appointment was exactly on time and the procedure took about 15 minutes. I am extremely happy with the treatment recieved.
