Giulia was very friendly and helpful. But the premises in St John's Road are NOT in Clapham, which is on the other side of the Common, but in. either Battersea or Clapham Junction,

I went for a check up - quick, helpful and friendly team.

I always look forward to see Lauren the hygienist she is so gentle & friendly and makes me feel so at ease…..I highly recommend her for a very thorough clean every time

Everything was very professional and thorough.
I thought I was going to have 2 small fillings and it turned out to be 3.
Cannot really comment on that but it took me by surprise.

Excellent service. As a very nervous patient the dentist takes her time and explains everything she is going to do and constantly checks how I am feeling. The way she approaches the treatment is helping me to be more confident.

I was here for a tooth extraction, and this was probably my best dentist experience ever.
The level of attentive care I received from the dentist and nurse dentist were simply outstanding. I was given all the explanations I needed; the dentist made me feel that we had time; that the decisions were always going to be driven by my needs. I felt deeply and sincerely looked after.

A really great experience. All of the staff I encountered were absolutely lovely. I never thought I's say this of a visit to the dentist, but it was a pleasure!

I like this Practice. The reception staff are on the ball and make things work. Mamoona & Tina have always managed my needs so well. I am grateful for that.

I have just received treatment from a relatively new dentist in the practice - Ms Giulgia (Julia) Metallo. I think she is great as well. I missed my last dentist when they moved on but I am more than happy in Ms Metallo's hands.

Contacted the practice to join as a new NHS client, and in the process was told I had to come in for a check up even though I just had one before I would be registered. Was frustrated to discover this was not actually the case so felt like an unnecessary expense that could have waited. The dentist was absolutely lovely and no issue whatsoever with the dentist she was really great, kind and knowledgeable. However, the receptionist I felt was very rude, totally disinterested and unhelpful setting a bad tone and an Impression of low standards from the beginning. On arrival she didn’t even look up from her mobile phone or acknowledge my presence and just carried on her personal conversation, and after 5 minutes finally asked what I wanted bluntly and irritated that she had to do her job which was no more than ticking a box that I had arrived. It put me off the entire practice, coming across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. On leaving I tried to pay and again wasn’t acknowledged as again she was on the phone chatting and laughing clearly not with a patient - so after another 5 minutes of waiting with my card out I left - only to be called 10 minutes later by her annoyed that I had left without payment when she refused to even acknowledge me twice. No issue at all with the dentist, or the service itself everything was clean and up to a decent standard but it was a very poor service experience from the reception and not something that I’m inclined to recommend.

Excellent overall experience.
Dr Fernhead lead me through the process of getting an Onlay very efficiently. Now I have much more comfortable bite.
I needed to go back for a few adjustments and was dealt with very promptly and kindly.

Swapna Shrivastav Was so kind and patient. I immediately felt relaxed and cared for.

The team was great. Most of all my Doctors who did his best for me.I did not have the strength to get out of bed as I am embarrassed about my hygiene.

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years.
The staff are friendly and put you at ease.
My dentist Olivia is friendly and very understanding when it comes to my needs and treatment.
I Would not go anywhere else.
