My experience with Tobermore is always great especially with Tom who goes above and beyond to help out with any enquiries. He always provides support and communicates after orders have been placed, which has formed a very trusting and honest relationship.

I recently used tobermore turfstones for a job I did for a customer. I found them really good quality and the customer is really pleased with the results. I dealt with Ollie from tobermore who is the rep in my area (Manchester) who was really helpful in giving advice about which products to use and where to order from and mocked up visuals for my customer. I’ve used tobermore on the last few driveways I’ve laid and the quality is top notch

Fantastic products and incredible support from all at Tobermore making them a breeze to deal with and easy to sell to our end users. Definitely ahead of the competition with finish and technology.

I couldn't be happier with the Tobermore Mayfair paving flags I had installed over a year ago. They have completely exceeded my expectations and held up beautifully over the last year. I have experienced zero fading, wear, or signs of damage, in fact the complete opposite. I loved the product so much that I've recently ordered more Mayfair flags to complete the front of my home!
The customer service from Tobermore is equally impressive. From my initial inquiry with Kirsty, to the delivery of the flags, every interaction has been seamless. The Tobermore team is professional, friendly, and have gone above and beyond to ensure I have been completely satisfied with my purchase. They offered expert advice on which product would suit my needs best, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Delivery was prompt, and the quality of the product speaks for itself.
Honestly thrilled with both the product and service I have received (on both occasions) and would most definitely recommend Tobermore!

I had a terrible experience with a contractor listed as "trusted" on Tobermore's website. I chose this contractor--which I will not say his name is I will be taking him to court---, based solely on Tobermore's recommendation. Unfortunately, this led to:

1. Incomplete driveway installation despite full payment
2. Poor workmanship and property damage
3. Attempted use of non-Tobermore products without consent
4. Multiple broken promises and lack of communication

Despite numerous complaints to Tobermore, they have not removed this contractor from their trusted list. I'm now forced to take legal action to recover my losses.

While Tobermore products may be good, I strongly advise caution when using their recommended contractors. Always do your own research and don't rely solely on their "trusted" list.

I hope Tobermore will take more responsibility for the contractors they endorse to prevent others from facing similar issues.

I don't know where to start if I am being honest decided to have my front done with new flags back in May got a delivery unfortunately when layed nasty orange/brown stains appeared they agreed to take them back due to them being faulty. We then had a 2nd delivery of Tobermore flags again these got layed and again stains appreared within days again these got returned due to them being on recall and faulty. The 3rd delivery took place and I was assured that these had been inspected and that I shouldn't have any more issues we are now in September and my flags have nasty marks and stains yet again they look they are 40 year old. Again I am waiting for a response from Tobermore to sort this issue out. Complete shambles not to mention the inconvenience caused I am surprised this
company are still in business how can they get it wrong so many times.

We got Tobermore Historic paving with some of the retaining wall system and garden walling supplied to a job in Antrim.

We called to the paving centre and spoke with the sales team there who were able to show us around the outdoor room and then provide pricing for the job. They also gave us a list of paving contractors that were able to do the job.

We got one of the Tobermore layers to do the job and are delighted with how it turned out. We are not 5-6 months down the line and could not be happier

Bought Tobermore pavers just over a year ago. They now look as if they're about 30 years old. Despite scrubbing and light power washing as per recommendations, they look awful. Have Tobermore tested their products?

We had Shannon Heather paving in our front drive costing over £5000 last October. A few months later these stones have lost it's colour and have become dis-coloured. Tobermore was recommended by one of it's accredited dealers who also had experience with and accredited by Marshall stones. I contacted the paving builders who replied that they lay stones and are not responsible for the stones and told me to contact Tobermore. Very disappointed! Tobermore has 0844... number that costs to ring! I emailed photos to Tobermore in January and its reply was defensive and too general by saying that their product is tested and no one complains! I rewrote in April and am still waiting for their technical team to visit us and sort out the problem. So far, I would not recommended anyone to choose Tobermore.

My first experience with Tobermore was not the fault of the Tobermore Paving but our choice of tiler. Our home was left in an utter mess and the expense was high, simply by tiler over ordering, waste of paving and payment to the tiler after 5 dreadful weeks of him coming and going we finally told him to go.
Then I was recommended a TILER well named called ANDY CHAMPION he was exactly as his name implies a champion. He very kindly rectified the mess at our front door which we were left with in late October so that it would be safe to use during Christmas period. Then he checked the rest of the dismal and unsafe work that had been done. We booked Andy in and it was nothing less than MIRACULOUS when he started work. Our headaches and stress began to settle on the first day. He arrived promptly with another Andy and the two guys worked full steam ahead to lift everything and start from scratch. Andy’s creative side was apparent on the first day. He spoke to us about how he felt a few things needed changing to give us the result that we had hoped for. So as he started to lay paving and reshape areas to a more easy and workable garden layout. He placed under piping in to drain water from garden to take away the flooding and levelled up the pathway to drains which had been distorted by previous worker. Andy took away the hideous and ill fitting drain covers surrounding house and replaced them with the Tobermore tile covers. The whole job included paving front, back and both sides of house. The transformation is nothing less than unreal. The back garden was also fitted with posts and a 18ft trellis. The paving and trellis work looks fabulous. My husband and I are so pleased with the work and the friendly manner of the two guys. Andy talked to us and explained how he would adjust things to fit our needs and make the areas easy maintained. In this world that is worth a lot. The whole job took approx 7 days as the weather was poor. I wish I could give before and after pictures as I am sure they would speak for themselves. However from our side of it ANDY CHAMPION was the man to get the job done and properly we just wish we had got him from the start. So please learn from us and take Tobermore advise and use Tobermore credited paving tilers. Without a doubt I am sure Tobermore is glad Andy Champion is one of their paving tilers. We are so grateful that we got this team and would not hesitate to use or recommend Andy Champion. 🌟

Avoid at all costs. Sell you a paving flag that's bowed and blotchy in colour throughout and tell you it's within british standard when you question it.... two reps came out measured the flags, agreed with me some were not within the standard. Then they were 'supposedly' going to report to the quality team and get back to me. But that was followed up by an email from Tobermore telling me the case was closed. Should I add no mention of the colour issue was ever addressed. Spent almost £3000 on substandard product. Absolutely disgrace.

From the day my drive and patio including paths was laid. There was a complete difference in the colour of the two halves of my drive. I brought this to the attention of the paving company and they told me they would get it sorted. Tobermory visited my home twice over the last year but would take no responsibility kept saying it was the salts coming out. Now after 12 months finally they have taken it all up 200 square meters. I have now paid over £3500.00 and the merchants have paid the rest to have a far better product from Marshall’s. The comments made by your other customers in their reviews is exactly what I experienced. I only got the job sorted when I told I was going to my solicitor that seemed to get them focused. The paving company even tried cleaning my paving and all the colour washed down the road. Wish I had never seen Tobermore paving my new paving looks fantastic if anyone is thinking of having a paved drive make sure you go and see drives where tobermore bricks have been used and speak to the customer wish I had

Slabs are easily scored and have no longevity. Appear to be produced cheaply almost sprayed on the top. I was informed that the colour pigmant is concentrated in the top 3rd of the slab which is clearly not true as when they arrived chipped you could see the grey concrete underneath. Awful product.

Fantastic service and fantastic products. I have Sienna on my drive and Historic on my patio. These products have transformed my outside space.
