Purchased 2 pairs of mens jeans and I was impressed with the service of mail order and quality of the delivery. The jeans are excellent quality añd so much better than some high street names and a heavier quality than some big brand names. I will certainly be coming back for more.

Do not believe their 3-day delivery window !
I bought an aircon from TJ Hughes during heat-wave as they had promised a 3-day delivery. 3 days gone, no delivery no customer message and cannot be followed up ! After 7 days, still no response I emailed them to say I'm going to raise a dispute with my bank due to no delivery nor response. In less than 5 minutes I got a courier email confirming they have just received the order (note received the order not the product) - this has become very clear to me, only AFTER I have threatened with a dispute they then placed the order, NOT after I've paid them. So they marketed for 3-day delivery to GRAB the purchase and completely ignore the customer until they do something more serious. How dishonest is that ?

Would have given 5 stars but your diagrams are not the easiest to understand ie direction of parts I think if you put 2a and 2b with direction arrows so you know which parts go where and which way round as the drawing are not very clear

Poor communication
Poor communication. The driver attempted delivery three times without actually possessing the parcel. It was impossible to contact TjHughes. I had to chance MH STAR ( the warehouse) and they were of no help at all.
I did receive a refund after the struggle but no compensation/acknowledgement for the hardship and stress behind it.

No customer service
I have sent several emails about my faulty order, completed online forms, tried the phone number and social media. The company are impossible to get hold of. They reply to reviews saying that emails have been responded to but that is a lie!
