Excellent service experience
The service was brilliant from the whole Team at TJ car sales. I traded in my old car and purchased a new one. I received a good price for my trade in compared to other offers and the sales and after service care from Steve has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

You had an issue with your clutch slipping just over 1 month after purchase. Due to you being at distance from ourselves, we allowed you to use a local garage of your choice. The quoted price (in a tuning specialist) was significantly more than your usual independent garage so we offered to contribute what the job would have cost at our local garage. You accepted this offer and was happy.
4 months after purchase, you decided that you did not want the vehicle any longer due to the running costs. Bearing in mind, the vehicle purchased is a performance car and I’m sure you were aware of the running costs prior to purchasing such a vehicle.

Amazing experience purchasing my new car at T J Car Sales today.
I dealt directly with Mike who went above and beyond. He came with me for my test drive, answered any questions I had and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the car.
The car itself, a Renault Kadjar, is immaculate. I also part exchanged my current car which was completely hassle free.
I can’t recommend them enough and when I’m looking to upgrade my car in the future, I will be retuning here.

Great car buying experience! I’ve now purchased 2 cars for our family from TJ Car sales and cannot fault the help and friendliness of the team. Speed of service is great and loads of help available to get the right car/s for me and my family. Loads of help with finance and questions answered easily and confidently. Where hospitality & customer service is as important (if not more) as the car buying bit
I am not one for writing reviews normally, but our experience of buying a car from T J Car Sales was so good that I felt it important to share the experience. From the first telephone contact with Steve inquiring about a car we had seen with them, on AutoTrader, during which he answered all our questions professionally, patiently and informatively - no hard sell - to the viewing and test drive, where we were treated so well by Tom and his team (as well as Steve)...its worth going just for the excellent coffee!...to the purchase and completion, Steve and the rest of the team were excellent on all counts. The car was finally presented to us immaculately clean inside and out. It is easy to tell that TJ Cars have a happy team where nothing seems too much bother and hospitality seems as important as the car buying bit. We have no complaints, only praise and we will be recommending Tom and his team to anyone who cares to listen to us. We traveled up from the S.W. to view and buy this car which was excellent value. They deserve the business 100%...and we will be back!

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Friendly, honest and keen to sort everything out for you when you purchase a car. Service is next to none - you can really tell how cars fly off the shelves here. Special shout out to Mike, who has got to be the best man for the job when buying a car.

Brilliant used car dealer.
Great service from Steve and everyone at TJ Cars.
