Good, not great
Took quite a long time to come, plates looks generally good but the lettering did have scuffs and scratched on and wasn’t perfectly cut out. Would still recommend

I’m sorry to hear that you have not been completely satisfied with your order from us. We like to ensure all our customers are receiving a 5* star service, and if notified we are always open to fix any issues or complaints you may have before a review is left.
As for the delay, please accept our apologies. We was low on our stock at the time, however did notify this on our Instagram/Facebook story.
We usually let Customers know if there is going to be delays in their orders if they exceed the normal 4-5 day waiting time.
As yours was still within this time we didn’t send an email but we did upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail 24hrs tracked free of charge to hopefully of had this with you the day after, to hopefully make back for any lost time if we was to send with the 48hrs postage on your order.
All our plates go through a quality control before we ship and photos are taken, I can only presume they may have got damaged during transit but if notified we would always rectify this.
We love all support and reviews from our customers as it only makes us a better company, and if you could email us with any issues you may have we will be more than happy to rectify Them for you and hopefully turn that 3* review to a 5.
