Excellent quality T&G
Great communication on live chat for advice before purchase. Order arrived fast, and was very impressed with quality of Canadian cedar boards.
Few boards were damaged in transit (not sellers fault) but once contacted via phone, replacements were sent out free of charge next day!

Good customer response....
Timber2udirect were quick to contact me after receiving my order to say there would be a delay as they had insufficient items in stock.
I'm glad they did that so I was aware and could reschedule work, rather than being left waiting.
I would have given 5 stars had the items actually been in stock ready to ship!

Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address, initially and then we had to wait few days for another delivery which set us back on our project

First I would like to apologise for the failed delivery that resulted in a delay to you project completion.
Please note that delay in delivery was due to the incorrect address provided at the time of placing the order. We did attempt to contact you but unfortunately you were out the country. The driver also arrived on the Thursday to the correct property that was given and there was nobody there to take delivery. We did try to call, but again you were unavailable.
We appreciate all feedback and will aim to improve our service in the future.

Good selection of products at a good…
Good selection of products at a good price.
Delivery was a let down with 2 tons of oak arriving on a pallet in a lorry not a hiab so had to unload by hand.
Delivery options of time and date were also not an option.

Very efficient admin
Very efficient admin, delivery driver was rushing a tad and didn’t give me time to check the product over properly which was found to have one faulty length in the middle of the bundle.
