I thoroughly recommend Tilesporcelain for their customer service and products. We ordered our garden tiles at the peak of lockdown and they were still able to offer us a first class service. They posted samples out to us to help us decide and offered us some great advice. They were even very patient with us when we changed our mind a few times on which tiles we wanted to order. Delivery of tiles was well organised and went flawlessly. We were very happy with the tiles, service and price. We'll definitely be using Tilesporcelain again.

Great selection, fantastic prices, fabulous customer service. Not a lot else to say really will be using again and again.

Avoid this company. Faulty tiles delivered and they asked me to clean them they were covered in film marks. I refused and had to pay to send them back. Terrible customer service in fact worst ive ever had. They also broke some tiles when they were returned but the delivery note was signed as undamaged so they didnt get away with that it looked like they had been smashed with a hammer, the products are also low quality and not italian as they advertised avoid this company you have been warned. Also after threatening legal action they refunded my money...

Went into the shop to purchase black quartz tiles we were told we could return any excess tiles for a refund, however this was untrue when we contacted them they said we could not get a refund for the unopened box of tiles, we were told they would contact us after speaking to the manager - still waiting for the call disgraceful customer service - avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! Discussed type of tiles with representatives and delivery service was exceptional

I will not purchase from this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I purchased about 85 sqM marble from them and a good number of them broke into pieces when taken out of the box. I rang to give them feedback and was asked to present evidence. I did that, but they have refused to give me a refund. I intend to pursue a claim under Consumer Act 2015 law as goods sold are to be of 'good quality and fit for purpose' under the law.

I ordered the fabrix porcelain tiles online. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, however I gave the measurements of the area to be tiled and was advised on the number of tiles I would require, so I bought enough to have 2 extra in case of accidents in laying, this was not enough, and the delivery charge was £60 to have another pack of 4 tiles delivered, which would not be waived, so ended up paying a total of £120 delivery for 6 boxes of (4 tiles).
Also the tiles were dark grey, and I asked if they had the grout for them, which they did, and was advised that I would need two packs. I ordered this too but when it was used the grout when dried looked almost white, which looked awful around the dark grey tiles. I rang to complain, and sent the photos of the tiles, which did not obviously look like the pictures they used in their advert, and asked for a refund as I would have had to pay my tiler another day, to cut out the grout and replace with dark grey, and they refused, so it cost me a further £150 for the grout to be cut out and replaced by a dark grey grout.

Thank you for sending out the samples so promptly. They appear to be of a good quality and helped us to decide what we want for our kitchen floor.

It was lockdown so everything was done by phone and email Very helpful they sent me some samples that arrived the next I placed an order for wall cladding quoted 4 days for delivery, delivered on time Good quality no breakages.
So a month later placed an order for exterior tiles exactly the same experience only they were here within 2 days.

This company has great tiles at a great price. They are very responsive, cant fault them.

We ordered the dark emperador marble and they are simply stunning. Great quality and friendly staff who helped us out by sending some extra when we’d changed our plan and needed more. Highly recommend.

@ I'm not stupid. I did phone and was advised 20%restocking fee and that I had to arrange my own courier. There is no misunderstanding! If you pride on your customer services, arrange a collection and kindly refund.
Purchased White Quartz mosaic found the particles to be very chunky, greeny white and wanted to return it back. only to discover 20% Restocking charge and to arrange your own courier to send it back at your own risk. I would never purchase from them ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone and their response is a lie.

Good quality and well priced tiles. However extremely poor customer service. Staff are rude and not customer care focused. Very dissatisfied of how they treated us as we have been a customer for many years but every member of staff treat customers their own way and set their own rules. Shame I would never recommend anyone buying off things from this store unless one off and desperate.

Damaged tiles - not visible on initial inspection so could not claim new ones by the time they were discovered. Order a little more to be sure.

Excellent customer service so.much cheaper than local stores. Saved £350.
The tiles arrived quickly Andrew and Sarah were so helpful. the tiles look lovely white quartz. I ordered the wrong amount Andrew quickly helped me out and got the tiles to me on time
I read several reviews on other companies chose tiles porcelain as they had good reviews.
