Helpful staff in store when needed. So far only ordered free tile samples, very impressed with these as they arrived the next day well packed so no chips or breakages. Will be ordering in next couple of months

Ordered a few samples, which arrived quickly and well packaged.
Bought tiles for the shower, which look really good, builders and workmen have commented how nice the shower looks.

Very quick and efficient
Overall, really happy with the experience of dealing with Tile Mountain. I had a query regarding the pricing and this was very quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I also had a request regarding delivery timing, which was also quickly actioned and resolved.
Overall the purchase and delivery process very quick and effective. Many thanks especially to Saba and Misbah for their great support.

Multiple boxes of Broken tiles. Process to resolve is all on the buyer and nit picky.
Should deliver perfect product first time and not make customer feel like they are to blame or dishonest.

Haven’t actually ordered the tiles yet, but Saba was very helpful in answering a few questions and therefore my order is imminent. I did purchase full size samples and very glad I did, can’t really get a vision from the free samples. So far so good!
