I ordered a few tiles to see what they look like and they are lovely.

Good value tiles backed by prompt delivery

Recommend grout and adhesive added can’t change after ordered 5 minutes finally too much adhesive and no return as well

the shop it's very nice looks to see, kids area and so on. but delivery it's expensive and to collect in store you need wait all week if you miss delivery day when you ordering and you need finish some think

Extremely disappointed with Tile Mountain / Bathroom Mountain — poor quality and no responsibility taken.

I purchased a complete bathroom renovation package, including shower, toilet, shower tray, vanity unit and tiles, spending around £2,800. These products were installed in a new bathroom and were hardly used, but I have experienced multiple serious problems.

The issues are clearly related to product quality and manufacturing faults:

* The shower is not working properly and is not providing hot water consistently.
* The toilet seat has sharp edges and is uncomfortable and unsafe to use.
* The shower tray is leaking water.
* The vanity unit became damaged and broken within a very short period after installation.

I contacted the company expecting them to inspect and take responsibility, but instead my concerns have not been properly accepted or resolved. For a company selling bathroom products, the quality control should be much better, especially when customers are spending thousands of pounds.

This experience has caused stress, delays and extra costs during my renovation. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are prepared to deal with problems and a lack of proper support afterwards.

One of the tiles in the order was broke (Tuesday). I contacted tile mountain and had the new tile by Thursday, no faff, just sorted the problem.
Misbah dealt with my order and was brilliant!

We received excellent service and assistance from Simon at Milton Keynes. Simon helped us with a choice of tiles that met the size required and with choosing the right vanity unit.

Only ordered samples at the moment, but quick speedy delivery

Tiles were received as advertised and great customer service has been great & responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Fahad has been very helpful in resolving the issue. Definitely recommend.

All went well. I had ann issue with a few broken tiles but they were quickly replaced.
