I had the pleasure to talk to Jazz who was brilliant. She was patient, kind very understanding. If anyone wants to book a flight please ask for Jazz. I had a bit of a problem with my payment she was very patient reassured me all the way through. She is a good listener and will do to help you as much as she can.

Have used the sight for almost 15 years plus. Have found tickets to india sight very reliable, information is precise and generally would say value for money among others several booking sights. I am totally satisfied

Minus rating
I would give them minus but that isn't an option.
I have booked many tickets with them and the last one I booked they cancelled the ticket the day before departure and blamed it on airline has cancelled their flight when flight was still going out.

Unfortunately, you have not provided either a reference number or a name that would allow us to identify your booking.
We can, however, categorically assure you that we would NEVER cancel a confirmed booking for a customer unless specifically requested to do so by that customer. There is absolutely no reason or incentive why we or indeed any other agent would do this.
If you have a booking with us and a grievance that you would like us to look into for you, please can you provide your booking reference number and/or the name as per the booking. You can do this by email at cc@ticketstoindia.co.uk or by responding to the request for more information from Trustpilot.

Sarah called me back tonight saving me…
Sarah called me back tonight saving me so much trouble rebooking. The website was not working as expected. Have used tickets to India for over 20/25 tickets in the past 2/3 years.
I’ve booked for my grand parents tonight and Sarah made it so fast and easy. Very calm and re assuring.
Thank you so much and keep up the good work team. Tickets to India keep investing in great staff like Sarah. If you slip, you will loose customers very fast. Remain cheapest on market and you will get loads customers like me.

Worst experience ever!!
!Worst experience, I will never book with them again!!!
At the time of booking my ticket, I paid a deposit of £290 on a ticket of £736, I needed to change my ticket and ended up paying another £250 for the ticket change. At this time, the agent I spoke to told me to complete the first booking and reassured me that should I want to cancel the ticket I would ONLY lose the £290 deposit. He said nothing about the extra money I was paying being non-refundable. In fact I asked about it twice!!!!!
I am now in a situation where I need to cancel this booking and they are now saying that I will loose £380 plus the £250 and can only be refunded a remaining of £356???
I tried explaining multiple times but the agent didn't seem to care and was outright condescending. I tried speaking to 2 different agents and both cut the call on me midway and didn't have the decency to call back?
Every person I've spoken to here seems to come up with their own rules and confuse customers, there's no proper communication, no responses to emails and bad attitude. I was told that I would be called back in 10 - 15 minutes, is now been almost an hour. Extremely unprofessional and useless. They have been of absolutely no help. Very disappointed. I can't even believe this has happened to me!

I had booked my tickets to and fro from…
I had booked my tickets to and fro from LHR to Mumabi. I had booked the return date as 19.02.26 instead of 19.01.25. This was a genuine mistake and I called up ticketstoIndia and explained my situation to them. I mentioned.that my Mom was hospitalised during that period when I had booked the tickets and hence made a genuin3 mistake as this was particularly difficult time. I was told I will still have to pay the change fee and fate difference..I requested I'd I could speak to a manager and the standard reply was they won't be able to waive it off either
They sensed my desperation and said I would have to pay £184 ans i was sent the link. When I said I don't have my card on me and can I pay when I get home. I was told no as afre would changed and was asked if i could borrow card from someone. I found this really inhuman, and very robotic. I had explained the reason that I never had a chance to look at the tickets and I only came back from India yesterday and looked at my ticket and realised it was a mistake.i was told I should have been careful. I told them I had flown 2 twice in a span of 3 months ans had not messed up with dates. This was going to be my 3rd trip due ro Mom-s health and hence this mess happened. But there was no consideration. I was told that there were only two seats left
I checked on the website. Tickets are still available for 424 and I have paid 410 plus 184..I would have appreciated if they would have charged me the fare on the website. I know this is possible as I work for hospitality as well. But it's shame that staff was robotic ans and not very sensitive or keen to help. I had offered to provide evidence of my truth but to no avail. Hope after this they will lend a ear and try to be in customers shoes

We are sorry to hear that you accidentally booked the wrong return date for your trip.
Unfortunately, however, as an agent we are bound by the airline's fare rules and policies. Once tickets are issued, we have no control over what the charges are for making changes. Most airlines will charge a change fee and, as you will of course appreciate, any difference in fare and taxes will always be applicable.
We appreciate that you had wanted to speak to a manager at the time but even if someone had been available, regrettably, they would not have been able to do anything about it as they would have no powers to override the airline's fare rules.
Regarding the payment, all price quotes are only valid once the tickets have been issued and, as you will understand, tickets can not be issued until full payment has been received.
Again, we are sorry that you had to pay more for changing your dates but as an agent we have no control over this.
