Very friendly and very helpful. Currently in training but deserves to work at Three as he knows what he’s doing and explains every tiny detail about their phones and bundles.

Great in Store Experience
My experience with Three in Salisbury was first rate. I was helped by Dave and Luke to transfer over to Three from Vodafone and they made it a thoroughly seamless and pleasant experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable, made everything easy for a middle aged woman to understand and helped me decide on a couple of changes and add ons without being pushy salespeople.
Great guys, great store and great service.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Customer service 10/10!
Each time I enter the store, I’m really impressed with the customer service provided. Every member of staff is not only incredibly helpful but also really friendly and genuinely invested in making sure you leave happy. I couldn’t recommend this store enough if you’re someone that likes to talk to someone face to face regarding your phone contract. Customer service is 10/10!

Went in to the 3 mobile shop to ask…
Went in to the 3 mobile shop to ask about a query I had with my phone contract. Found Luke really helpful with answering my questions. He also looked through my contract and gave me a better deal than I already had. Really polite and courteous. I was pleased with his service.

Luke was brilliant!
Luke was brilliant!! Service was quick and easy he even pointed out to me how much I would be saving by upgrading my personal number I already had on the network! Couldn’t be happier 🙂 the pac transfer has been sorted in store so all I need to now do is put my feet up and relax!

Luke and Dave were amazing
Luke and Dave were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Simply the best service, helping us with simple solutions for complex legacy contracts and costs. Their knowledge was spot on and their problem solving skills first class. Thanks very much indeed!!
