Henry and Luke were super lovely and got my phone and my kids phones upgraded to a better cheaper deal - so many extras thrown in too. Great service :) happy days 😁

The customer service agent, Keith was really helpful and supportive in getting my husbands phone working. It needed a new SIM card, he also showed us how to reboot our phone should we need too.

Super helpful staff

Had broken my SIM card and Luke the assistant manager sorted me out super quickly and was really helpful. Great staff and a great experience.

Excellent services

Excellent services, I have been to Three customer for a long time. Very good deal with home boardband and monthly sim contract. Staff store no. 1405, Grace is very helpful and well explained on setting up boardband.

Great customer service agent

Salisbury Branch - Keith

We visited the Salisbury branch as my partner was looking to switch from Vodafone and explore options with Three. From the moment we walked in, Keith made us feel very welcome.
He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain all the available deals without any pressure. Keith really listened to what my partner wanted and found a package that suited both his needs and budget perfectly. He explained everything thoroughly, making sure we fully understood the details before making a decision.
Overall, a really positive experience — Keith’s friendly and professional approach made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’d definitely recommend speaking to him if you’re considering switching.
