Fantastic staff
Andy and Brett were absolutely fantastic help when I visited the north shields 3 shop today to purchase a pay and go mobile phone for my nephew.
They were extremely reassuring, informative and professional with all and any queries I had, and set up everything that was needed to set up for me.
My purchase was excellent value for money and the service was fantastic.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! A nice friendly man called Brett helped me out. I urgently needed some help regarding a dementia friendly phone for my Dad and had issues talking to another provider on the phone! Brett calmly explained what he could do and showed me how to use the phone and recommended a deal that suits me. I would definitely recommend them again 👏👏

Never open a business account
Never open a business account. I was going to buy a phone with a monthly payment plan. They told me it would be cheaper with a business account, but even though the phone payment was finished, they charged me an extra £300 and say they can't refund it. When I asked why, they said that's how it is when you buy a phone with a business account. Working with Three is my biggest regret.
