I have been coming to this store for over 10 years with my grandma for a phone contract and have always been served by Joanne. Joanne is so so helpful and gives us all the information we need. Our trust is in Joanne and is always open and honest regarding value and payments. We wouldn’t go to anyone else- Joanne is a real credit to the Three store

The Hartlepool Three staff were super helpful when I came in and opened a new account and ported over my mother's phone number. Had the help of the store manager Laura and Martin at the same time. Some of the best customer experience I had in any industry or country. Thank you again
