Members of staff were very helpful…
Members of staff were very helpful and patient and explained all our options and answered all our questions. Face to face contact is a much better experience than trying to get information on line. We have been to the Harrogate shop several times recently and on each occasion we have found the same courtesy and detailed information. Great service.

Great Service
I found the service from Darius and Justin were great and have saved us lots of money with a great deal. Highly recommend the 3store in Harrogate and these two individuals.

New phones
I went in to get new phones with my mum and sister, we all had different requirements and Justin was amazing help and made everything really straight forward and easy!

Really helpful
We were treated with patience, kindness and respect throughout our “Getting to know your I-phone” session it ‘3’ in Harrogate on November 6th 2025. We were helped by the (?) Deputy Manager (sorry I have forgotten his name). He was very knowledgeable, resolved the issues I raised and gave further tips and advice which was very helpful. He was willing to go over things more than once to make
sure I had understood. I have found all the staff at this store to be courteous and helpful.

I’ve been customer with 3 for many years, this was the first time I’ve renewed my contract in person and it was a very relaxing experience. Justin supporter his colleague without being too intrusive so well done to both! Ciao
