I was terrified that I'd been scammed....
Luckily Brodey had talked me through the process and reassured me that I'd taken the appropriate steps to avoid being scammed. He's clearly an expert with the most welcoming aura. Brodey then proceeded to give me some useful information on how to avoid being scammed in the future, I am extremely grateful for this as people my age are so vulnerable to being preyed upon. Brodey is a modern day scholar and a saint. I personally hope that his team appreciates and recognises what a pillar to the community that he is.

Went to the Harrogate store to sort my sim out as I’ve had issues with swapping to a new phone. Brodey helped me with this and was great, amazing customer service. Really relatable with conversation, explained everything in simple terms for me to understand. He also helped me with a new contract where I can get better data offering when I’m away, which I am for half of the year. Great salesman as well 😉👍🏼
