Aya truly saved the day today whilst I…

Aya truly saved the day today whilst I was dealing with IT glitches, store issues and everything else thrown at me. From the minute I walked in, she was so friendly, professional and calm under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and she sorted everything out for me brilliantly.

I honestly cannot praise Aya and the whole team enough. The time absolutely flew by and, thanks to their knowledge and expertise, I didn’t even need to bring my bed in with me 😂

What a lovely store filled with genuinely amazing people.

Thank you so much, Aya, for all your help today. Truly grateful beyond words ❤️

She could have easily given up and sent me away. Instead she was relentless in solving the issue and I think she is amazing. Three would of lost a customer if it wasn’t for her
