Brilliant help from Alix
Brilliant help from Alix. Was in town with an issue charging my phone. Although alix helped with the issue, i wanted to move to a samsung looked over the offerings and alix helped me get a deal with a healthy trade in to pay off my old deal. Happy to be back on samsung after offered help with the tranfer also.

I had a lovely experience in store! Sean was extremely helpful in answering my many questions and even helped me with claiming the promotion deal when I retired back to store a couple of weeks later. Highly recommend! Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! ✨
