Staff member Ben managed to sort my problem with SIM card out in about 5 minutes whereas another store could not even help me.

Dementia and a new phone
We needed to replace our Mom's aging phone with a newer up to date handset and renew her contract. As she has early on set of dementia, we planned ahead and gave the store the heads up.
When we arrived with Mom, Chloe was super helpful, respectful and genuinely made what we thought would be quite challenging, very easy indeed.
Thank you Chloe and all the team - you really made the difference.
