Arjan and Rich saw me on the day and they were brilliant. Very informative and explained everything to me
When my new phone arrived Rob did all the transfers from my old phone to my new phone. I would not of been able to do this myself. He helped reset all my apps and passwords
Great service from all the staff at the Cannock branch. Very polite and friendly. They put your mind at ease with all this new technology.

I had a great experience with Will at the 3 Store. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process of getting my new phone contract quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal to suit my needs. Nothing felt rushed, and his customer service was excellent from start to finish. A real credit to the team—I would definitely recommend asking for Will if you’re visiting the store. Thanks again!

Great people in store
Ben assisted us on first visit for a sim deal, then returned to switch to Three for broadband; Rich sorted this out for us.
Both so helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend calling in if anyone’s considering a change to Three.

Great advice on purchasing a phone
Great advice on purchasing a phone. Helped explain all details and differences between phone models and deals and made sure we had the best choice for our needs and also sorted out a tablet for our eldest child. Ben has been a great help to us today on our visit to the Cannock Three store!
