Shopped in store and they are total scam artists. they hide the fact that they do not accept returns. They go to lengths to hide this from shoppers. very well orchestrated. This isn't a luxury brand by any means. Luxury involves first class customer service, they do not have that. Never mind all the nods to nazi Germany, from their military style suits, to the store decor.

This site is a COMPLETE & TOTAL scam

This site is a TOTAL scam. It’s impossible to contact them on the website which says it’s not working (ever). Payment processed thru PayPal has different people's names with each transaction. The saying, if it sounds too good to be true... BELIEVE IT! If you've been scammed by them challenge it with your bank or credit card company.

I have quite a few pieces from Thom Browne. The staff are all very nice and attentive. Very informative in terms of all the alterations with the exception that they altered one of my shirts too short and said they couldn’t make it longer or do anything to it. In a way I spent around £500 and had it altered, but I can’t wear it anymore, which is a waste of money. Should be more weary when doing alterations with them. Otherwise it’s a good one stop shop for menswear.

Thom Browne customer service is simply doesn’t exist

On Sep13, I ordered 2 items, they confirmed DHL delivery on both. Only one arrived, I contact them, they said items ship from different location and will confirm to me when second item ready to be send. Never heard back from them since, so I email them several time, no reply nothing, Today is Sep 27. Worse online shopping experience ever,

Thom Browne nice stuff but terrible service.

i love Thom Browne glasses en shoes. but if you have an issue whit something en want it get fixed. terrible customer service. i contacted thom browne they told me you should contact another email aders. then they told me again you should contact a retailer in youre country. i contacted them they sayed we will contact thom browne. moral of the story they sayed they dont have the product any more so they cant fix it. Nice if you buy glasses of €800,- 2 years ago en they cant fix it.

btw it is already the 3 time i had an issue. bought a bracelet terrible bad quality they did try to fixed that atleast but still couldnt fix it.

I think one star is one too many for…

I think one star is one too many for this company.
I purchase a hoodie from the US site on the 31st of July.
As of today I still didn’t receive the item.
I contacted customer care & customer service by email almost a week ago , no answer. Finally I decide to call the US customer service (I’m based in Poland)
I was attended by nice & pleasant lady who after putting me on hold couple of times informed me that my parcel got stuck in customs as some documents are missing. She then assured me that she will informed the relevant people to speed up the process. She suppose to send me all the info plus tracking number in 10-15 minutes. That was 6 days ago.
I’m extremely disappointed with the brand & it’s lack of customer care. I really don’t know what to do since the customer service options obviously is of no help.
I tried to find some e-mail addresses to management but didn’t succeed.
This is absolutely outrageous & from the brand as prestigious as Thom Brown

I would rate this less than a zero if I…

I would rate this less than a zero if I could. I tried to return a sweater because it was too big and they said that they would get it picked up by courier. Courier never came, I’m still waiting for DHL Express to get in contact with me, it’s been over a week. Tried to speak with a manager from Thom Browne but customer service won’t let me speak to a manager. Customer service keeps telling me that the courier will pick it up today ( 3 x ) now and I’m still waiting. They are saying that they’ve gone above and beyond and it’s not their fault it’s the courier service. What kind of company especially a high end one can’t get a courier to pick up a return ? Unbelievable that they think that they have gone above and beyond. I’ve purchased a jumper that’s £830 as a gift for my husband’s birthday and I can’t get a refund as they won’t pick it up. I have emailed and phoned them numerous times and all they can say is that their still trying to contact their courier service. Worst customer service in my life. Ridiculous that anyone can pick up a phone to get a courier but a high end company like Thom Browne can’t.

It will be not just your usual cloths

It will be not just your usual cloths, it will be something like you teleported back in time to something like 50 or more years ago and even if you didn't live here you really can make something possible out of it anyway. You can often see him on fashion show, see schedule on website.

Their website started working much better since last time anyway so I do hope to make it all possible anyway for many many reasons. I do not see from where it's going anywhere on whatever reason being done. Care to see it ? They have good clothes!

Total Joke!

Tried to order aftershave for Christmas from November with multiple phone calls and assurances it would be here I receive an email 6 days before Christmas to inform me its not coming. This is after them accusing me of already recieving it. Pretty much accused me of theft.
Emails:
Dear Mr. Murphy,

Thank you for your patience.

We hope this email finds you well.

Our team has informed us that due to the way your order was shipped, being that its a fragrance and considered hazardous, it was shipped incorrectly causing it to be returned to us.

We truly apologize for overlooking this issue on multiple occasions. We are currently working on re-shipping your order with all the correct documentation so that this does not happen again.
Email 2:
Thank you for shopping with Thom Browne.

After looking further into why your order has been returned to us on multiple occasions, we unfortunately discovered there is a shipping restriction with the courier and your location.

Regrettably the courier we use, DHL, does not ship to your location by ground and due to the nature of this item being hazardous because it's a fragrance, we are not able to deliver this item to your location for the time being.

We are currently looking into other methods to be able to service all of our customer's and we truly apologize we were not able to get this item to you in time for Christmas.

The order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
