Non existent customer service
I love my tops but I need to return one. The only way to contact customer service is through email and they won’t email me back. It’s very frustrating

Horrible! I bought an e-gift card on Monday 2/16 to be delivered to the recipient on Thursday 2/19. It wasn’t delivered on the date requested and I was told by their “AI” help chat that it wasn’t delivered because it could take up to 2 business days to process the order. Well, an order on 2/16 means 2 business days would be 2/17 & 2/18. So not sure how it wasn’t delivered on 2/19? Also, there is NO phone number to call for customer service. Literally no phone assistance. Cannot recommend. So frustrating.
Warm up mid length puffer jacket. $200. They use to use a black plastic zipper that was smooth and quality and and looked flawless on the jacket. They switched to a flimsy silver metal zipper that catches when you zip and looks cheap on the jacket. If you are going to downgrade on the quality of the materials you use then the price should reflect. Could have gotten this jacket on Amazon for $35

Same experience as everyone else on this thread. Items marked delivered and they weren't. No refund, no attempt to resend items. Customer service is ridiculous. If Christina really exists, she should be fired. Do not buy from them!
Atrocious customer service. There’s no way to call them, so you’re stuck waiting for email responses.
While my $300+ order has been shipped, it’s been hanging out somewhere in GA for 5 business days now, and UPS only tells me it’s “pending delivery date.” Beyond Yoga’s site states delivery within 3-5 business days, which we’ve exceeded, and they’ve been zero help. They’ve refused to issue the call tag and refund my money because it’s “in transit.” Had to resort to disputing the charge with the cc co.
I ordered three dresses that never showed up. I tried to track them on their website and it kept saying in transit, for over a month. I went to the Fed Ex web page and it said the tracking number does not exist. I couldn’t call anyone because there is no customer service number. I couldn’t get a resolution via email either. All it sent me was an AI message from a computer saying in transit. This company is a fraudulent company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!
Several times I go onto their website to order for the first time. And they say give me your email and your phone number and will send you 20% off. I do as they ask and they never comply. They text me and email me about 10 times a day all their promotions with no 20% discount. They make promises they do not keep.
Horrible customer service. You lost a loyal customer.

Terrible customer service. My order was a pair of pants short and I can’t seem to get any resolution via phone or text as they suggest on their retail receipt. I will need to file dispute with my credit card now. So annoying.
Do not order from them. Horrible customer service and their shipping provider loses goods then they won’t refund you. I like their products but would only buy in a boutique or store. Horrible online experience. Check out BBB reviews and you will see
A company that doesn’t provide good. Customer service is like a great Doctor Who has terrible front office people. You lose the customers because of getting to the product isn’t worth the effort when there’s a problem there’s no one to help you or speak to so why would you bother to purchase from them if you’re not important enough for them to ensure that you return??
Horrible customer service, quality has gone downhill and they refuse to do the right thing for their customers. Seems they have drank the kool-aid and are more concerned about profits than customer retention. They will eventually go out of business because customers are tired of it. Do better!
Unresponsive by email and they have no phone number to use for order issues. It is a shame they have not made improvements to their customer service. I cannot believe a company like this only has an email address. They need to get a chat service or phone number.
Honestly awful customer experience. I've been a customer for a couple of years now. I placed an order with them, and apparently their system charged me three times so I asked them immediately to be refunded for those two additional charges. I had to wait for all three orders to be delivered, then pay to get labels printed and deliver them back through US Postal Service which is very inconvenient. Weeks later, I got two of the refunds (out of three). I try writing to their customer service and no response. No accountability here or acknowledgement of the issues with their systems and inconvenience on the customer. This is one of those places where the clothes are cute but they clearly can't provide the level of experience to make it worth the cost. Will not shop with them anymore - it's just not worth the hassle and they clearly don't value their customers.
I bought a 110$ Beyond Yoga sweater from Scheels and after washing it on cold and drying on low heat it shrank down 2-3 sizes. The sleeves shrunk to about 6 inches shorter and the length shrunk about the same. I left a review on their website and they would not post it. I also emailed them about not posting my review and I never got a response. I used to like this company and their products but not now. I will no longer support them and I will encourage others not to as well.
I have a pair of leggings from 2 years ago that have been great, but I recently (3 months ago) bought a second pair and the quality has really gone down. First pair arrived ripped; replacement pair was pilling in a matter of weeks and just found a hole after only 3 months
My body style is smaller on top and bigger on the bottom, not curvy but squarish. Wearing clothes that are flattering has never been a comfortable endeavor for me. Beyond Yoga has completely changed my outlook, that you can be fashionable and comfortable has changed my life. Thank you so much!
