SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT RESPOND TO RETURNS.

Ordered glass door mirror, arrived in two days, ordered what l thought heated mirror, when open it was a non heated one, called 17/5/23 and informed that l had ordered the wrong one replacement will arrive 19th.
Did not arrive 19th or 20th, called again that the replacement has not been sent new one will arrive 22nd, it arrived 21st, correct type now fitted.
A little hitch with first operator second one great

I order a mirror from this company which arrived in very short time - due to a mismatch in the car production year, it didn't fit the car. It has been replaced on-demand, after sending a picture showing the differences, as quickly as in the first shipment.

Bought wing mirror paid extra for royal mail quick delivery back in end of May.. Still have not recieved it or a refund or any response to my emails about thisl

I ordered (online) a replacement driver side door mirror glass for a Skoda Yeti on a Saturday. Arrived via Royal Mail tracked on Wednesday, well packed and perfect fit. Only plain glass, not the wide angle Skoda part but that costs £70+.
Only complaint, it would have been good to get an email confirmation of my order, I had to phone to check.

Great! Wonderful customer service when I called on a Sunday morning, gave me IT help as website wasn’t accepting my email to order. Mirror arrived super quickly and fits perfectly! It was a bit tight to fit but we just opened up the clips a little and it went straight on. Would not hesitate to order again if needed 👍😊

This company did exactly what I wanted and needed. I send original one size mirror and they made both sizes mirror with wide angles what I wanted. Also I cut pay by bank account transfer.
I am happy with their business.

A mirror I ordered was delivered to the wrong address, at no fault to the mirror company. They immediately sent me a new one at zero cost. Fantastic service.

Excellent service and customer care. I had received the wrong mirror by mistake but a consultant Jay was so helpful. I received the correct one the next day even before I had returned the wrong one. This is now my company of choice whenever I need a mirror and would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a replacement glass for my Skoda Yeti - when I took it to the garage to be fitted, it was too big. When I contacted them they asked me to measure my existing mirror and send the size to them. After hearing nothing, I contacted them again. They said they didn’t have mirrors for my car and to make a template to get one cut to size.
They are still advertising replacement glass for Skoda Yetis.

I purchased a new ‘wing mirror indicator’ unit from The Wing Mirror Company on 24 May 2022, for £18.98.

The item remained unopened in the original box until 14 March 2023, when my local garage opened it to fit the unit to my car. On the same day My mechanic informed me the unit was faulty and was not working, not fit for purpose (the unit would not flash). My mechanic then fitted a new OE unit, supplied from a separate source, to my car to enable it to pass the MOT.

I emailed The Wing Mirror Company on 15 March 2023 to explain the problem, and to request a refund on return of the item. They refused a refund, or to accept return of the faulty item. They stated their policy only covers 4 months on any electrical product.

The guarantee should be for twelve months. They did not offer a replacement either.
The (new) product supplied to me was faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described. The retailer is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act (CRA), and I am out of pocket £18.98.

Despite this, the Wing Mirror Company, refuse to fulfil their obligations under the CRA and are happy for me to have been suppled a defective, useless product.

Avoid this company unless you want a similar frustrating, annoying experience to me.

Ordered correct item for a Range Rover L405 ( gave Reg for confirmation) via Amazon. They delivered one for an Evoque. Assumed a genuine error so returned it and ordered again. They did the same again. I called and was lied to when they said my car can take either size! Absolute nonsense. The guy said buy one direct now it will be correct size so I did and they sent the one for the wrong door. Called again and eventually sent the correct one on the 4th attempt but forgot the small removal tool…. At no point did anybody ever say sorry or hint at any regret for the inconvenience. And now I find the BSM on the mirror is a cheap copy and doesn’t match the other one. Rubbish company, no attempt at service. Avoid. Try another supplier

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Ordered the wing mirror. It was delivered by a courier driver the next day who chucked it over the back gate and broke it. Turned out it was the wrong one anyway. Spoke to a guy who requested photos, reg no. Etc, I've heard absolutely nothing since. Went to Halfords in the end, it was cheaper and they fitted it for me. Shocking service. Still waiting on a refund!!

I ordered the incorrect size mirror for my elderly parent's car. I called the next day and the gentleman could not have been more helpful. He agreed to send the correct one out, even before receiving the old one back. There was a difference in money of a couple of pounds and he said as I was helping my elderly parents out, he would waiver the difference. How wonderful is it that when we are all struggling in this world, in some way or another, that there are companies that still go above and beyond. You deserve all the success you can.

I ordered a Mondeo wing mirror which developed a heater fault three days after I fitted it. When I phoned, they were very helpful and said they would send a replacement. True to their word, I received it in the post two days later and it's been working fine since. Really impressive customer service. Thank you.

Unfortunately the items I ordered were never delivered and were returned to sender. I contacted the company over a month ago and several times since to request a refund, but have had absolutely no response to date which is really frustrating.

Absolutely exceptional customer service. I honestly cannot even think of a time where we received better customer service from any company ever. The chap on the phone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Wonderful company, and will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Great service and delivered quickly. I was very happy with my first purchase so I decided to buy a spare. But I had a problem with an increased delivery charge on the second order. It turns out it was my mistake on ordering and once I contacted them, they sorted the issue straight away and refunded the difference. Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement mirror glass for my T4 at about half 3 expecting to wait a few days for shipping, it arrived next day and fitted perfectly. All carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed to protect it while on the way. Snapped into place, literally a 30 second job to replace.

Very happy, would 100% recommend to anyone
