Super helpful customer service, even offered to make me a custom fit part if the one sent did not fit. Quick response from customer service team too, which is always a positive.

I ordered a replacement mirror for my car, I received my order a day later, unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I contacted them to let them know and they sent another one out that day. The customer services made the whole experience hassle free

I ordered a replacement driver side mirror for my Skoda Yeti, turned up quickly, however I had not specified that my original had a heating element which the replacement hadn't. Phoned them up and received the correct part the very next day.

Poorly packed item. Twice mirror has arrived broke! Went to Halfords in the end and saved £2!!

Frustration to begin with as left hand mirror arrived in a right hand box so no good, but I phoned the supplier and immediately the correct mirror was posted out and arrived the next day. No need to return the wrong mirror. An issue that the wrong mirror was sent but excellent customer service to rectify the problem

Someone hit my driver's side wing mirror as I was unloading my car. By the time I'd noticed the glass was shattered of course they'd sped up & turned a corner....I ordered stick on glass for my Honda jazz,it came in 2 days, fits perfectly. You literally peel off the backing paper & stick it over your broken mirror. I've driven 30 miles today & it shows no sign of coming un-stuck! Would highly recommend you use this company if only your mirror glass is damaged but the casing is fine - repair solved for less than £15 (including postage)

Some idiot stole the wing mirrors from my car.

Not wanting to spend hundreds at a garage I ordered them from the wing mirror company based in Wembley. I paid the £6.99 next day delivery. Sure enough it arrived the next day. I ordered the correct mirror so easy to install. No fuss. Will buy from again, if another idiot or the same idiot steals my mirror again.

I screwed up. The part received was wrong, but that was because i ordered for the wrong year. The wing mirror company without even a hint of impatience helped me to identify the mistake and arrange a return and replacement.

Ordered a mirror, which arrived promptly, realised when I removed the broken one, I'd made a mistake with order, I needed one with a heater fitted, phoned Wing Mirror company and they sent out correct mirror straight away and I later returned the one I'd incorrectly ordered. First class service, thanks Jay.

I ordered a new wing mirror, and the replacement part arrived within two days. Unfortunately, a packing error has occurred, and I was sent the wrong part. I called the company, talked to someone who was apologetic and promised to get the right part in the post immediately. Sure enough, the right part arrived the next day. The company recovered their original mistake with style!

I gave them the details of the item I required. They sent me the wrong item. I informed them of this and they asked for photographic evidence (which I duly sent). Since then, I have had no correspondence from them, despite me asking for a full refund and a stamped sae so that I can return the incorrect item. Take my advice and shop elsewhere. This company now has £11.98 of my money and I've got a useless item that I didn't ask for.

Sent out the wrong item .... They then asked for car registration and photos so I sent both within 24 hours .... After that nothing .... Multiple emails sent and zero replies ..... Follow up emails ignored for 3 weeks .... 50 50 if you get the right item sent ... After that you're on your own !

Quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the items was the wrong fit. I called the company. They explained why and did some research for me to try and find the part they did not stock. That's good customer service. Thank you Jay!

2 months of promising me mirror would come when on their website it said it was available for immediate dispatch. No updates unless I chase and not even an apology. Instead telling me this is normal service. Only use if you don't want your product to arrive

Ordered a passenger side wing mirror glass for our Corsa. Arrived within a few working days - unfortunately a crack down the center. Packaging could have been better as came in a soft cardboard box but only one piece of bubble wrap round it. Phoned the office straight away - no ifs or buts - took my name and order number, and sent a replacement. It arrived in two working days. Very good service and product

Ordered a wing mirror for my wife's Toyota which did not arrive for some time, however on contacting the company their response was instaneous , checking that my delivery address was correct and after concluding it was lost in the post , they immediately sent me another which arrived the following day , at their expense - Excellent Service can't fault them.
