Ordered two replacement glass mirrors for my Golf, one arrived broken via the post

Asked for a replacement and they sent it out the same day!

Amazing and quick customer service

I ordered the wrong mirror, no problem just send it back and the correct one Sent out next day. No extra cost.

Very helpful service!

I was originally sent a size that didn't for owing to a few options being available for my car make and model. A replacement was sent free of charge and I can 'return to sender' the one that didn't fit. I was advices that of the replacement didn't fit they could bespoke make one for me with no additional charge. Really impressed!

A few weeks ago I ordered a mirror from this company which happened to detach soon after. Without asking any questions or requiring any further details they immediately sent me a replacement mirror completely free of charge. And I didn't even ask for it! Fabulous and super efficient service. Five stars all the way!

Great service and prompt delivery. Not fitted it yet but I think it looks good and should be ok. Will use this company again.

I ordered a mirror but got the incorrect one which I take it was my fault. I emailed them and within minutes they phoned me and we resolved the issue straightaway. They said just drop the incorrect one in a post box and the replacement will be dispatched. I couldn’t believe it when it arrived within a day. I cannot recommend this company enough as their prices and service are of the highest standard.

Who knew you could easily replace your broken or aged wing mirrors so simply and effectively. Ordering was easy, the price was right and the next day delivery option (pay extra) much appreciated.

Good instructions on how to fit the mirrors, easy peasy, all done in 10 minutes and I can drive safely again. Brilliant!

Ordered Wingmirror and cover
THe mirror had 2 manufacturing faults resulting in adaption needed whihc was sumountable however the blakc cover was aful, chepa quality, one fixing bracket brokwn and more importanly never fitted so meant a 1mm gap at the top. I had paid a mechanic to strip the door card , remove the old mirror and fit the new one then refit the door card. Then remove it all to refit the old mirror
THe customer service was awful and the wquality fo these rubbish bits was very disapointing and will be seekign leagal action ot recoup my costs. AVOID

Ordered my mirror over a weekend and was despatched first thing on the Monday. Once received the mirror fitted perfectly. I had to contact the to see if they would sent me an invoice which they did very promptly. I would recommend Thewingmirrowcompany

Great company with excellent customer service

Royal Mail were unable to deliver because delivery address had house number missing. As soon as I notified The Wing Mirror Company they sent the mirror out again in a timely manner. The wing mirror fitted perfectly as well.

Absolutely fantastic service, ordered just after lunch and the mirror arrived by 10.30 the following day.
Good value and quality product.
Would recommend.

Stupidly broke my wing mirror glass yesterday by reversing onto my drive and into a soil stack pipe that I’ve managed to avoid for the last 26 years!

Ordered just before 4pm yesterday, very well priced. Received this morning at 1110 am, even though I never paid for the quicker delivery service.

Mirror fitted perfectly first time in just about 10 minutes.

Hopefully I won’t need another, but if I do, it will come from The Wing Mirror Company.

Excellent service. I ordered two wing mirrors by mistake and the duplicate order was quickly cancelled.

Told me part was in stock after I paid I was told there was an issue with my part they agreed to give me full refund within 25 days. Day 57 now still no refund. They have now stopped replying to emails. Luckily enough I paid through credit card so I'll let the bank sort.

Purchased n/s and o/s golf wing mirrors.
Installed 6 months later to find n/s was slightly out of alignment.
Gentle-voiced man refunded and said keep/discard the faulty one as currently out of stock.
So encouraged to get immediate reassuring attention.

I purchased a wing mirror from the wing mirror company and it did not fit on my vehicle. Their response time to my emails were on the same day and I got a replacement mirror sent out to me a day later. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Tried using this company to replace a broken side mirror after seeing how highly rated they are. I am glad I did so as I managed to replace my side mirror with ease. They are more than reasonably priced and dispatch time is almost same day.
