Cowboys. They never give you an order confirmation by email. They then sent the wrong wing mirror that doesn't fit my car. I emailed them 3 times and they didn't respond once. Have had to get Paypal to recover the money.

The Wing Mirror Company did a superb job in renovating the interior rear view mirror of my 1966 Lotus Elan. It was sensibly priced and returned quickly on time in very good packaging. All in all a quality job.

The wing mirror arrived next day when we ordered at 3pm on a Friday, we are so happy with the mirror and it fit amazingly. Highly recommended !!!!

I know this company has many positive reviews but please be careful as it would seem they are fine if your order is correct but if you have any issues they just don't respond to your emails. I am not the only one to experience this looking back through old reviews. The order arrived on time but is the wrong shape for the car. It pushes in to the bracket but as it’s the wrong shape so you cannot then adjust the mirror glass so it’s stuck pointing down at the road. I have emailed them 3 times now and had no response!

Excellent replacement mirror for a 2011 Mercedes A Class. Standard delivery from London to Yorkshire was less than 72 hours from order.

Very Quick delivery, just before Christmas too! And great price. Needed a receipt and emailed to ask and responded within a few hours.

Ordered a wing mirror indicator for an 2024 Audi Q5, delivery was quick as paid for next day but it’s not the correct item.
Called up and explained the fitting is wrong and was told that there is 2 types and they only sell 1 of these.
This isn’t noted on their website so now have the hassle of returning it and having to order from another company.
Disappointed!

Ordered on the 30th of December didn't get it until the 7th of Jan, when it finally arrived it's the wrong size. Company doesn't respond to emails

I rarely leave reviews ,only if the company is very good or very bad. I ordered a wing mirror for my Volvo which arrived promptly but it did not fit , i emailed them and received a prompt reply asking for pictures which i then sent. It turns out my Volvo was updated that year and so there were two versions of wing mirror for my car. The wing mirror company then sent the correct replacement quickly at no extra cost to me. Mistakes happen , its how the company responds afterwards that give them a good or bad rep , i am happy to say i got excellent customer service which deserves 5 stars.

I’d ordered a mirror, got delivere In the time but was broken in transit. I emailed the company, next day I had a replacement in perfect condition. Fantastic customer service.

I've got a classic car (mk3 cortina) I could not find a replacement for the mirror glass. Unfortunately the glass had blown it's reflective surface and didn't look nice at all! I so I emailed them a drawing of the glass on a PDF file. They gave me a brilliant price. So I paid up and gave my address. Took literally 24hrs to get it done. That from the first email to unboxing! That fast!

Un boxed and oh no! They didn't fit the frames very nicely. So emailed them and they're professionalism shined through. With a prompt reply they said "send us your frames and we'll fix it for you no extra cost." Brilliant. So I sent them the frames. They fitted the glass super tight around the frame. Even gave me a courtesy call to make sure I wanted them fitted or not. I'm so glad I did because the results are excellent! Yet again shipped out and got them the next day. Bubble wrapped, each piece put in separate boxes and then put into another box for protection.

You cannot fault these guys service. These are going to now go onto the car and look as good as the rest of the car.

Fantastic company, couldnt help with my particular mirror but took the time to find me one on ebay. Saved me over £400, not many companies would do this at no gain to themselves. Very impresed.

Excellent company to deal with, as I just needed to double check I was ordering the correct mirrors I called them & they were very helpful. Just after ordering I realised I had made a mistake. I called them & they amended the order straight away & opted for next day delivery. Received a text from delivery company with a slotted time. Arrived as planned & fit perfectly. Really good price as well. Very happy to recommend
